“Over the years, I had lost trust in certain professions, particularly attorneys and car mechanics. However, I recently needed to replace the tires on my wife's car and decided to visit Belle Tire inf Hoffman Estates, which was conveniently close to my office. There, I met Dave.
Dave took the time to explain which type of tire would be best for my wife's car based on my specific needs. He came across as incredibly knowledgeable, not just about tires but about other car-related issues as well. I asked him to inspect everything that might need attention on my wife's car, and he honestly told me what was necessary and what wasn't. I followed his recommendations and paid for the services he suggested.
Impressed by his expertise, I returned to have Dave check the tires on my 2020 Tesla Model Y. Despite the car having only 32,000 miles, Dave informed me that I needed new tires and thoroughly explained why. When I inquired about my suspension, he admitted he wasn't very familiar with it but promised to research and advise me.
True to his word, when I later spoke to him about scheduling the tire replacement, Dave had done extensive research. He informed me that my Tesla model has one of the worst suspension systems and advised against letting anyone tamper with it, as it could cause more harm. He could have easily made more money by offering to fix it, but he chose to prioritize my best interests instead.
When I went in for the tire change, Dave mentioned he had looked into various suspension options but hadn't found one that would improve my car's comfort.
In the end, what stood out to me was Dave's genuine care and dedication to resolving my issues. He took the time to research and provide honest advice, something rare among technicians. I trust Dave completely and value his recommendations, knowing he always has my best interests at heart and tries to save me money whenever possible.”

“Grant and team were great! My wife and I had been trying for a month to get Excel Automotive in St Charles to call us back to fix our window. Grant answered when I called him, didn't require me to fill out a ridiculous online quote like Safelite and others require, and Country was less expensive than Safelite. The window Country ordered was broken when Grant went to pick it up, so he called me a communicated a change in date. In a world where customer service has been pushed to chatbots and automated phone tree prompts, it's refreshing to get an actual phone call or text message with an update. “There are very few places that still run like this shop. Dwayne had my account pulled up based on my license plate. Attended to my needs immediately without any fuss. They even gave me a loaner car at no extra cost. My car was in and out in under 4 hours. The other places in the county were to busy to take a “Quick Look”, or just assess the issue. This is the type of place that pays attention to details for instance they changed the battery on my key fob. It’s no wonder they have been in business for 42 years. They treat their customers with class. Excellent customer service. As a commuter, who travels into the city my car is an essential part of my day. Thank you for taking care of my Volvo!”

“Aaron & entire Gerber staff very friendly, I brought them a replacement passenger side mirror, plastic housing, built in directional, that came painted black, they Matched the paint on new mirror perfectly, this on a vehicle that’s a weathered 2012. New mirror installed and one could never tell the mirror has been replaced. Nice job Gerber!”

“About a year ago, I had a little rock hit my car windshield while driving and got a chip/little crack as a result. I took my car to Atlas Auto Glass and got it repaired for a minimal amount by getting it sealed to prevent it from cracking across and avoiding the expensive repair for the whole windshield itself. Again, about 2 weeks ago, my daughter's car got the same problem and took my daughter's car there again, and they repaired it for a minimal amount once more. I didn't write a review the first time, but this is my second time there, and I was very happy with their service. So I am taking my time to do this now because the place deserves it. They have offered me fast, professional, and low-cost repairs of my windshield cracks twice and will be my to go place for this matter. While being there, I've seen they also do tinted windows and loved the way they do but haven't needed that service yet.
Overall, I recommend this place and give the highest star rating because they earned it”
