Haven’t ever left a bad review but do not like being taken advantage of as a customer either. Took my kids for ice cream because we were in the neighborhood and their scoops were laughable. I know this is a tough economy but this was a joke. Wish we had seen other reviews before stopping in.

Ordered the turkey ice cream cake for my son's birthday. Didn't turn out quite like the picture on the site, but still a fun cake for the party. The caramel coating is fairly thick.

I would give negative stars if I could. Every single time I come here they never have ANY ice cream flavors available. How does a store run out of the most basic flavors chocolate and vanilla??? BR needs to shut this spot down immediately.

Very few ice cream options! And the customer service sucks! Manager seemed annoyed and left while we were still ordering ice cream…never going back

Time and time again this location has disappointed. Whether it's a stale and chewy bagel with barely a lick of cream cheese when you asked for extra, a wake up wrap that's cold and the cheese isn't even melted, or an iced coffee that tastes like they ran out of coffee so they poured the smallest amount they could scrounge up and served you gross dirty water. This location needs to either shut down or get all new employees and management.

**This complaint is only for the morning shift** Yesterday (3/22/23) I ordered a medium iced coffee with french vanilla extra cream extra liquid sugar, and let me tell you they did not even fill it all the way up, it was 1ounce full from a medium cup. And it did not taste as i usually expect it to taste so I asked for them to add more coffee, french vanilla, cream and sugar. The service was so bad because they yelled back at me saying "there's nothing wrong with it" when clearly it's not according to my taste. And my food wasn't even ready either so I had to wait more time, and this was the morning shift because later on I went during the afternoon shift and I was treated better and my order was as expected. But it happened again today (3/23/23) and it was the last straw.

Arrived at 1:46pm on a Saturday & there was 1 car ahead of me in the drive-through. Total wait time at drive-through was 16 minutes and then I drove off. I did not get my order, nor did I pay for it. I just drove away. When we circled around to leave and saw the inside of the store, there was no one inside. A handful of employees were working. At no point did anyone come to the drive-through window and let us know that there might be an issue or anything was going on. The car in front of us was served though. So disappointed in the customer service and lack of attention. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Beyond ridiculous!

All I can say is not bad. It isn't perfect but I never set my expectations that high. The place felt weird for reasons I can't remember, just the atmosphere of the environment was in the slight bit off putting. The wait time was a bit of a bother but ultimately it delivered! I give an exact 4.

This people need to learn how to treat customers… I got mistreated and humiliated by 1 girl that works here… i’m Hispanic with an accent and looks like this place is not inclusive and you can experience racism if you are not American… I don’t think this way to treat people is aligned with the values and policies of Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts… as soon I spoke she said in a really bad way that she doesn’t understand Anything I said and just walked away rolling her eyes… I have more than 10 years in this country communicating effectively in English. At the end another girl help me because the racism one didn’t want to help me (For no reason I guess only because I’m Hispanic)
