I will never in life understand why businesses choose to make the decisions they do. How in the world is there ALWAYS something going on with the atm drive through. Y’all go from having 2 atms in one lane & then half the time one is shut down then have the nerve to make another lane but with one atm each & STILL CLOSE A LANE!!!! So now there’s only one atm available at random times like it was before ???♀️. GET IT TF TOGETHER!!!! y’all have 3 lanes & only one is available. These billion dollar corporations truly piss me off

Garbage service by William he made me feel lesser and knew he did it on purpose by emphasizing the word negative out loud for the whole lobby to hear. I hope your ego doesn’t catch up with you one day my man.

I'm not sure why everyone is giving this branch bad reviews. I have used them several times and I have had no issues. Please remember to have all of your information ready to do whatever transaction you need to do and there will be no issues.

I came here and I wasn’t able to do what I came but I am very grateful for the service I received. Instead of the teller telling me they couldn’t do what I asked flat out, he said wait, let me ask my manager because I don’t want to give you the wrong info. Manager came and explained the situation VERY WELL and by him doing that I went to where I could and got exactly what I needed.July 24 between 11:30am -12pmThank you guys for being helpful and patient with me.

Bad service . They did not help me solve the problem. Also, when I asked if they had a restroom, they said no, even though I was pregnant.

Release your inner KAREN by visiting Bank of America today! Didn't know that you had a Karen inside? Never been asked to leave or been kicked out of a business before? Then visit BOM Streamwood! The unhelpful, unhappy-looking Oscar (the on-the-spot policy-maker) will not be happy to help! He will look at your BOM-issued check from Geico and make up a brand-new policy on the spot so that services will not be attainable! Poor Oscar, he must be sleepy!You may call a different branch (Wheaton) and they will politely offer to cash the check since Oscar is not employed at other locations, but not Streamwood BOM. Instead, we at the BOM Streamwood branch will treat you as an outsider and intruder, insuring that you feel jilted, calmly and pleasantly gaslight you and then ask you to leave once you start asking for the district and regional numbers.So anytime life is just treating you too good, stop on in to the Streamwood BOM. Because life is too short to never be a Karen.

If I could leave zero stars I would!!! Yesterday May 8th 2023 My wife and I had closing on a property out of state and needed to have funds wired to the title company for closing. The teller called her manager over to assist us with the wire transfer and that is when everything took a turn. The branch manager looked over our account and then told me he can not do the wire transfer because my name does not match what they have on file. Mind you I've been a customer for years and have never had an issue. Not only that but the manager had my Debit card in one hand(which he used to pull up my account) and my license in his other hand and the name on my license matches the name on my card. I even said that to him and told him I do not understand how their records do not match when the card I was provided from them has my correct name on it. The manager continued to be rude and would not offer any help in this situation. Then I asked to speak to his manager and thats when he proceeded to tell me he is the branch manager and if I would like to speak with his boss he will give me a 1800 number to call. I told him I do not want to call a 1800 number I want to speak to his direct boss which he proceeded to tell me no and refused to help me. So my wife and I left and ended up driving to another branch 20 minutes away that was able to do the wire for us no problem! if we would have just given up after going to this branch closing would have been screwed up and we could have lost out on our home. Even though the South Elgin branch helped us so much this bad Experience with this branch makes me not want to be a Bank of America customer anymore.

Please educate your greasy haired male greeter on the information of your website. He informed us that Bank of America does NOT cash in government savings bonds. According to their website, and a different branch we went to, Bank of America DOES INDEED cash in savings bonds. If an employee doesnt know his job, then he needs to be educated. If he doesnt care, then fire him. You'll never fix him if he doesnt care.

Always females Janki & Ivette working HARD behind desk with long lines and male workers William & Ethan standing around asking if anyone needs help, when all they are able to help with is pointing you towards a long line. Looks like 1950 in BOA Hanover Park. Men of BOA Hanover Park, get your hands dirty and stop making Janki & Ivette do all the work.

This was my first visit inside the branch. Previously, I've only used the drive-through ATM at this location.I needed to withdraw money to pay a larger contractor bill in cash.Date: January 9, 2023In: 10:44 amOut: 10:48 amThe BoA staff member was very nice!No problems whatsoever!

There's always excuses as to why you have to wait for 3 hours. Nobody can do the bare minimum to help you.Definitely needs customer service training.

I own a restaurant. This location never has change. They always have long lines and never enough associates. They should really just shut this location down since it is not properly managed or maintained. It’s more frustrating thinking you’re going to get the service you expect from every other BoA in the area, and walking in there to constantly be disappointed. I’ve been on the phone for 15 minutes now, just to see if they have any change today that I could acquire for my business. Clearly they are just ignoring the ringing. Do I go in there and take the chance of standing there for a half hour just to be denied change again or do I go 15-20 minutes out of my way to another bank that I’m sure has it? There isn’t a shortage anymore. Two other locations have said so. This location is just mismanaged in every way imaginable. Maybe someone will see this and step it up? Doubt it, but hopeful!
