A huge massive thank you to Anthony who assisted me in a quick remedy repair to my driver side mirror after hitting a shopping cart. Anyhow he assisted me by stepping out and zip tying my mirror that was in pieces. I appreciate the assistance. This is customer service at its best! He also referred me to website for the mirror! Greatly appreciate the service and recommendation! Anthony you deserve to be rewarded for your excellent customer service!

This AutoZone is great. They always have the parts I need in stock. I think it is a hub or something for the surrounding locations as it's normally the ONLY location that has a part in stock for one of my cars. It can get a bit busy during the day but it's normally pretty empty in the morning and you can get in and out quickly. Tons of parking.

Last day yesterday, May 30, 2024, we had one of our worst experiences with the Aurozone store since when returning a spare part, the manager named ANTONY from the session proceeded to hit the desk showing her discontent, my afternoon mother, a person over 65 years old, was very scared by this rude and rude attitude towards us who only requested the refund to my mother's debit card, to which Mr. ANTONY only gave us a card of store purchases with the corresponding credit. The situation seems very delicate to me and I hope this is taken into account by the company managers and they take the corresponding measures so that older adults are respected. watch video store from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m

Stuff is absolutely trash, customer service is non existent at this location, be ready for stuff to use profanity, sigh every time you ask them for something and argue with you. Curly latino guy in the commercial dep needs retraining asap.

I sometimes use this store out of convenience, but the last 2 times I was treated so well by Stephan. The 1st time he came outside in the freezing cold to install my battery when other stores said it was toooo cold to install a battery, he had no problem helping. Just having my check engine go on he came right out read my codes and helped me find the parts I needed even tho the parts were not in stock they ordered it promptly!! Great guy super knowledgeable!!!

Excellent experience today at this AutoZone. There was hardly anyone in the store at the time, I was immediately helped by the staff. They identified the wiper blades I needed for my car an offered to change them out for me while it was raining. Supurb customer service! Great employees! Go to this AutoZone! Will be coming here regularly now!

I found what I need, but there's no one willing to check us out. There are 9 people in line to check out, and we can clearly see workers sitting on folding chairs in the back, but when we call them to check us out they just sit and talk to each other. Finally a worker from in one of the aisles came up to ring everyone up, while the workers sitting on folding chairs in the back continued to gossip and didn't move.
