“I had the best experience starting with Dave in appliances. He was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I had an issue with my LB range that I purchased in November. I went in and spoke with Dave not only did he hear my concern but called me back two days later with some additional information! After still not getting anywhere with LG CS, I called Lashaun (sp?) the store manager and Stephanie (I am assuming the assit store manager). Both of them have been incredibly helpful. They have called back, they have called LG and helped me with the issue I was having. Without their help I don't think I would have gotten anywhere with LG. I will shop at this tore again simply because of these 3 people. Thank you Dave, Lashaun and Stephanie - you have been amazing. I cant wait for my new range to be delivered on 2/8”

“Pentwater cabinets delivered as promised and damaged free. The cabinets were fully put together and wrapped to prevent any damage. Angel was very helpful and knowledgeable about this job in an office. All drawers are dove tail joints with very heavy duty shelving. Would highly recommend this Pentwater Cabinets and Angel, if you want a quality cabinet with great design. Ken in flooring and blinds has helped us so much over the years. Recently helped me with multiple window coverings. He is accurate and clear and so kind. The staff at the service desk are always knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Love the garden center in the summertime.”

“Delivered water heaters here for the second time. Everyone is very friendly. The first time, I walked into shipping, and someone came right up and directed me where to go. Receiving is the last set of 5 (or6) garage doors. Looks tight, but plenty of room for my KW to swing.”

Home Depot is no different from any other home remodeling store, except I find their stores are much easier to locate items than other stores. I can be in and out of the store in 10mins because it's easy to navigate. For those who don't shop at Home Depot very often, then your smart phone will be your best friend. Simply search their site for product (make sure you to have the right location) and in return their site will provide the aisle and Bin#. Super Helpful. A store isn't a great store without great employees. I had a question about a product and one of their employees took his time to explain the pros and cons of several different products depending on the nature of or current situation. This allowed us to make a sound decision on which product to purchase.”

“The customer service from the employees at this location are top notch. I am from St. Louis, MO. and was in town for a hockey tournament. Thirty minutes before we had to be at the rink, my son noticed the blade on his stick was broken. We had a backup stick, but it needed to be cut to size. We went to this Home Depot location and a wonderful gentleman named Patrick took us over to the area that you can use the hand saws, and cut the stick for us himself. We were in and out of the store within 5 minutes and were able to make it to the rink just in time. I can't thank him enough for his generosity, it would have taken me much longer to saw the stick myself!”

“Ever since i moved to the area i have been in the bartlett location on a weekly basis. Nihad has been my go to guy! Every time i see him he has been working with other staff on improving with resolution and quality talks. The past two visits i went to say hi but saw he was busy working with other associates. So i didn’t want to interrupt. It is good seeing good management in place and see how looking for solutions by talking it out is always much more effective. The people overall seem to care about your experience and its a great environment to shop in. Thanks home depot!”

There are lot of people in some section so its hard to push the cart. When I looked at my dad I can see that he knows what he purchased. It seems that we need those. After we bought tools we wen to the pot area. There are lot of pot to choose. Some of them are colorful and some are simple. Since my dad knows that mom like the plain color he grabbed the white pot. After he put it in the cart we went to the counter. I can say that this store was good.”

“I have been shopping here for several years and have bought some very good tv's their. I know you can buy cheap tv's at Walmart, but this place has most major high end brands like: visio, Samsung, LG, and Sony. They also have clearance areas with even higher % off of the already low prices!! I have told many of my friends and each time they told me thanks they had alot of good things!!!”

BATHROOM REVIEW: Located past the home appliance area, the bathrooms were surprisingly clean. Plenty of sinks, stalls, and urinals. Sit or squat? Squat... there's still a pandemic after all.”
