I want to write that in the 4 years of living at William’s Reserve, we have never seen any bugs in our apartment.Maintenance for apartment is always super fast. They repaired our heater, and they replaced an entire window — no problems at all. Also, the management always conducts minor renovations and keeps the complex clean and beautiful.Many people have very high expectations, but having lived several years in Palatine, rest assured, this is the best leasing complex in Palatine.”

Any service call I've placed has been responded to immediately. I just had a new ac installed after my previous one broke and the maintenance guy was a super friendly guy. I just signed a new lease.”

“I’m ONLY giving Ricky the maintenance guy and the 2 wonderful women working the front 5 stars because after a year of living here this is the first time MAJOR problems in our apartment have been fixed. We finally have hot water. Not to mention my bedroom has smells of cigs and leaks yellow which clearly was not dealt with prior to us moving in from the last people who lived here. This is finally being taken care of after countless emails and I fell like I am not being ignored. Every other service outside of these 3 people I would rate zero.”

“Love love love my home! Windsor Estates feels like home. The management team treats us as family, the maintenance team is superb. Any issues are attended to quickly and with a smile. I cannot thank this team enough for making me feel like family, especially during these trying times. I feel safe, secure and valued. My cousin came over last week and said, “When I come here, I feel like I’m on vacation! It’s so beautiful and peaceful here!” I look around my home every day, and say, “I love my home. I’m so happy here!” Doesn’t hurt that I have the BEST VIEW from my balcony, which during the last 2 years, I don’t mind saying, has saved my sanity daily. Thank you for everything, always ! “I have lived here for about 3 years. I absolutely love it and management is always very helpful and all smiles. Anything you need, they will help. The maintenance men are so sweet and always get to my apartment the same day when I need fixing. Nexxus (hopefully I’m spelling her name right) is the manager and she keeps everything in order. She always asks how me and the kids are doing and if we need anything. Great community and all my neighbors are awesome people. 10/10 would recommend.”
