“Had to visit Caliber Collision twice this year unfortunately due to accidents but me being a returning customer speaks volumes. My first visit to Caliber was for my 2020 Audi SQ5 which was rear ended and I connected with them after I couldn't use the provider my insurance company (USAA) suggested. When I called I spoke with Sandy in scheduling and the process was super easy, they took the estimate via email, got me scheduled promptly, and kept me informed through the process. They also coordinated my rental car via enterprise for me and coordinated the return. Through the process of repairing my Audi I was informed throughout and was invited in to see the damages after the vehicle was assess with removed parts. For this my advisor/adjuster was Selena and she's very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Overall this is great repair shop that will take car of your vehicle and provide quality customer service. Most recently my 2008 Toyota Camry was serviced and this was a very similar process. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the damage the vehicle was totaled. Nonetheless Selena and Sandy kept me informed throughout the entire process and worked directly with USAA and Copart. Hopefully I won't be returning this year or anytime soon but I'll gladly return here and will recommend them to anyone needing repairs from accidents.”

“Kevin did an awesome job on my tank. It had a noticeable dent and deep scratches on it from getting knocked over while it was off the bike during maintenance, and a couple dings and chips from being 20 years old. He was able to bring it back to like new condition minus the decals as they aren’t manufactured anymore, but he did go over some custom airbrush options we could have done. Overall I would highly recommend, pricing was very fair given the quality of work performed and it was done within the timeframe he gave.Service: Body & Trim”

I thought I had bad scratches on the passenger side, but she was able to use rubbing out compoundqq+ to remove what was actually surface dirt. She explained that the paint wasn't disturbed so the car wouldn't rust. Ordering the side mirror which could arrive in less than a week. Very happy.”

Insurance wanted me to go with a dealership, but in these times small business needs every bit they get. Brian took care of everything for me. He dealt with insurance once the claim was made, making what I figured to be a nightmare pretty darn simple. My suv looks perfect, you would never know there had been body work done to it!!!
