Nice facilities and nice people that work here. We came in an hour early for pick up appointment. Checked in, got a dock and start loading us right away. We always appreciate a service like this.

Shipping office. Was waiting 30 minutes for somebody in the office. I'm on the dock for 40 minutes, they didn't even touch my trailer . Just me on the Docks. No respect for drivers. No more here.

Excellent staff. Check in lady was super nice and forklift people didn't beat up my trailer going in and out. Turn left on Ryan road and follow all the way around the building by dock door 15 and go in the service door for check in. Plenty of room for backing in. Restroom for drivers also by check in office and overnight parking. Really nice facility. Hope to deliver here again.

This is new warehouse . Lot of space no gates I think overnight parking is ok ,was unloaded at 1 hour.

I bought one of their small bottles to feed a kitten that was not getting enough from its mother and not only was trying to get the nipples to let the milk come out a nightmare but the cap they go into would not fit on the bottle properly. Pet Valu would not exchange the bottle until the kitten was too weak to eat and as a result of this defective product the kitten died. When I called Pet Ag about their defective product I was blamed for it. When I tried contacting their corporate office about how Ithis was handled by their customer service department they just flat up refused to even discuss it. This is a bad company that dont stand up for their products and I had a poor kitten die because of their poorly made product. This company claims to care about animals but if they did they would of looked into why this product caused a kitten to die. I contacted PBI Gordon (the chemical company that owns them) and was tricked by their attorney. I spoke to a lady about this situation and even though she seemed to care and I thought she would do something about this situation , she never disclosed that she was a paralegal until the end of our phone conversation when I asked her what her title was. She sent me an email so that I could email her back with photos of the bottle but what I didnt realize was that at the bottom of the email ( the part no one reads) was a statement that anything discussed in the email could not be discussed anywhere else. In other words once I used her email to send them photos of the defective bottle they no longer had to do anything about the product and they can now stop me from talking about it even though I never agreed to anything. I am currently contacting our Attorney Generals office about what they have done. Pet Ag and PBI Gordon are both really bad companies. PLEASE take the time to research this company . Ten years ago they knowingly sold bad milk products killing many animals but all they cared about was their profit. They have had many issues dealing with this since that time and there are reports that it's still having the same result. This is a company that should not still be in business!!!!
