“I am so thankful for Scottdale Feed. I’ve switched my mares balancer to Triple Crown, and was unsuccessful in getting the big box feed store to order it for me. I called Scottdale, spoke to Nicole, and while we had a minor hiccups with the supply delivery, I was able to get the feed. Nicole kept me updated with order progress. Matt called to let me know it was in. The store is on my way to the barn, I stop by Friday or Saturday and Henry puts it in my truck. Just fantastic customer service all around. I’ve gotten a friend to switch her feed, and told her to order from Scottdale. I know feed stores have a smaller profit margin but Scottdale feed is quite comparable & competitive with the big box stores prices. Thank you Nicole, Matt & Henry !!”
