Slow service. Got passed over in line because clerk thought i was gonna take a while asking questions when in reality i had a quick pick up. He proceeded to help the customer BEHIND me. Then he went outside to install a wiper blade. Do better and that starts with learning how a line works.

These folks have helped us out so many times. Since we don’t have an Ace Hardware in town anymore- we always check at NAPA before driving to Genoa.You can fix a lot of things with bungee cords and cable ties!!!?

I went to this store from Huntley and was not disappointed. The gentleman that helped me (I didn't get his name, my bad) was awesome! He helped me with what I had in mind for an Evap leak on my 2003 Camry and went beyond my expectations. Next time I need parts, I'll take the drive. Thanks, Man!
