Lotz Renovations completed our kitchen renovation. From the start, Mike helped us to develop a plan, choose cabinetry, tile, countertop and accessories in a very smooth, comfortable process. Once the work started, he completed removal of the old kitchen quickly, always mindful of keeping dust and dirt to a minimum with plastic drapes. Mike arrived every day when he said he would and worked non-stop. Our project was completed before our expectations and was beautiful and exactly what we wanted.

We originally hired Lotz Renovations to install some safety bars in our walk-shower. Mike was prompt to answer the call, and even came out on a Sunday in order to accommodate us. The job was done well, and clean up was a snap. So when we decided to install a new tile floor we called Mike. He oversaw each step of the process. Demo of the old floor was quick, the tile installers did a beautiful job with their installation, and clean up was thorough. I would not hesitate to call Lotz Renovations for future projects.

Mike and Lotz Renovations renovated our small shower back in October. He removed and replaced the tile, shower doors, shower base, sink and vanity top. All the sub-contractors he used were very professional and Mike came every day to make sure things were being done right and was able to do some work himself. He made everything run as smooth as possible. Mike is not your typical contractor who disappears while the work is being performed or takes days to reply. Mike is detail oriented, a breeze to work with and always responded quickly when we had any concerns or questions. The fact that he communicates from start to finish eases the stress of any remodel. I’ve been through many remodeling projects. I wish I had used him for my kitchen! Everything looks great(I don’t impress easily)and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I have more projects in the Spring if I can get on his schedule. Thanks so much Mike!!!

We hired Lotz Renovations to complete the remodel of our small master bathroom. This included the vanity, countertop, cabinet above toilet, mirror above vanity , painting etc. We found Mike and his team to be very responsive and professional. Mike Lotz is very knowledgeable regarding all construction issues. He arrived at our home when he said he would and cleaned up after the work was completed. We had plumbing problems and he took care of everything quickly. We would not hesitate to contact him in the future to help us out again.

I contacted Mike after receiving a referral from the manufacturer of my entry doors. They were in dire need of refinishing as they are exposed to western sun and elements. Mike came out right away, inspected the doors and provided the best route for refinishing and also for best treatment to protect the doors long term. He provided me with a quote and came out a couple of weeks later to complete the job. Mike and his team did an excellent job in refinishing the doors. They were on time, communicated clearly with me and were professional in every aspect of the job. Mike Lotz and his team recently completed a kitchen renovation. The project included demo of old cabinets, installation of new cabinets, new electrical and plumbing. The project was done quickly and efficiently. All contractors were professional and took care when working in our home. We will use Lotz Renovations for future updating of our home.

Just purchased a home that was in need of major renovation and went to Lotz with just ideas of what colors we wanted for cabinets. He came by with samples got that squared away and next was the drawing and we were amazed and it turned out better than we could have imagined. The kitchen is now my favorite room of the house and I don’t even cook! He made sure everything was handled correctly and went smoothly also took care of any questions we had and went the extra mile with every decision from best sink to best faucet recommendations. Highly recommend and will definitely be using him in the future!

Mike was great!We contacted him last minute requesting a facelift for our kitchen which included: backsplash, painting, door changes and adding knobs to cabinets, painting for our two guest rooms and a closet system installment.
