What is happening at this gas station. Moved here 3 years ago. Was so excited to be by a Casey. Simply bc I love the breakfast pizza. But I do come for the gas and misc stuff when needed.
Gas is overpriced compared to others 5-7 mins away and completely dirty, not maintained properly overflowing garbages. Pumps look like dirt was sprayed all over them. Windshield cleaning solution needs to be filled with actual solution not dirty water and brushes need to be replaced, food in general has gone down hill. the lack toppings, sauce on the pizza. Plus it’s undercooked for a gas station that’s known for the slices and slushies. Slushy machine is either shut down, doesn’t taste well or huge mess.
Donut case needs to be scrubbed and sanitized.
Also customer service is non existent.
Most of the people there either hate their lives or just the job. But no one wants to actually do their job or too busy talking with eachother.
There’s no reason for 3 employees to be standing at the counter and only one register open with 10 people in line.
I’m not sure what is happening at this location but I know I have purposely drive 20 mins out of town to another Casey to get my needs. No other Casey is like this. Fix it or sell to a different gas station company that will give us what we need.
There’s not much in this town and the one gas station that could provide everything we need is greedy, dirty and unprofessional.

So one day I called and ordered a pizza from this specific Casey’s because it’s closest to my house compared to the maple park on my way home and boy was the manager, caryn, not very nice. Overall attitude was something to be reckoned with. She sounded like she didn’t want to be there, had no enthusiasm, and ruined my night due to her poor attitude. However on a better note, the food was fantastic. My large pepperoni and sausage pizza was pretty good. Better than 90% of ACTUAL PIZZA PLACES.

I travel often in the Midwest, and I’ve been to a TON of Casey’s.This one is not typical. Every time I go in there, they have at best 50% of the coolers stocked with beverage choices. The employees often seem like they would rather be anywhere else than there (aren’t very friendly either), there is typically a line of 3-4 people deep (not sure if they understaff or employees just don’t care) and the bathrooms are often gross.The entire store seems like it just needs a deep bath.The core responsibilities of a convenience store are safe and pleasurable environment for customers, stocked goods for purchase, quick in and out, and just be friendly. This location fails at all of these.Maybe they could learn a thing or two from Kwik Trip or QT.

More often than not I don't shop here simply because of the massive lines. It's like people of Hampshire have no where else to go, imagine congregating at a gas station. Only ever one employee at the checkout, Only adds to the issue..

This Casey's has gone downhill from when I moved here a year ago. The pop machine is always broken, and don't even get me started on the slushy machine, at this point, they should just get rid of it. It might work 1 out of 10 days IF that!!!! Do you guys EVER order pop/drinks for your cooler?? It's embarrassingly empty and has been this way for months!! If this keeps up, you're going to lose a customer!!!!!!I did rate you 5 star's when I first moved here but you only get 1 star today! Clean up your act Casey's!!!!!

They are out of propane last few times I stopped in. They lost my business.There ice cabinet has leaking ( melted) bags throughout ripping the plastic on other bags.There widow washing containers are always empty.Lost a king time customer.Not exceptionally friendly either.Sorry but too many inconsistencies

Just got refused service I was trying to buy a lighter I won't be coming back the lady in there said I have to be 18 years old to buy a lighter that's ridiculous this was at 2:30pm on may 11

The donut case is disgusting. There is caked on icing all over the glass that is always in the same spot, so it's been there a while. Needs a really good cleaning. Also, even in the mornings and on multiple different days, the selection of donuts is awful compared to other Casey's locations. I'll usually pass this location up and go to another one that I know will have what I want.

There's a couple pumps that are extremely slow and sometimes stop at not even two bucks. The other day I had a taste for there I believe it's called their potato bites and it was not really good. This place has gotten pretty ridiculous over the past year or so. ?
