“Normally I do mostly all of the diagnostics and repair work on my cars, unless its beyond my skill-set and I dont have the necessary tools to do the job. This week my car finally threw a code for the intermittent misfire and rough idle Ive had for the last few months, but due to a full knee replacement 2 wks ago, I cannot stand nor lean over a car engine right now to perform repairs. Thus, I brought my SS Camaro into RK Quality Services (for the first time) for an intermittent faulty and leaking cylinder-3 fuel iniector (Code P0203) and spoke to Rob at front desk about replacing it. Not only did he get the injector within a day and repair scheduled immediately, I was refreshingly surprised at how honest he was with the labor time estimate, having done them myself before.
For a first time experience here, I am extremely satisfied can say the positive reviews online are absolutely true. When I picked up my car, I was even made aware of another potential issue/part to keep an eye on that may be going bad in the near future based off of scans/readings of the ECU. Should the situation arise where I am unable again to work on my car, I will definitely be bringing it back to and trusting RK Quality Services with the repairs, and greatly appreciate everyone's efforts there!”

“In summer of 2022 I was fortunate enough to acquire my dream car (2003 Cobra) and when I purchased the car, it was extremely close to bone stock. Throughout that winter I was beginning to brainstorm ideas for making the car more personable and (of course) more power. I reached out to Mike at the beginning of 2023 about the car and what I would like to do with it. Not only did he take the time to answer all of my questions, but he gave me tons of useful advice, suggestions on parts to order, etc. Once spring rolled around, we scheduled to have the car dropped off at his shop for the work. We ended up doing a Whipple supercharger, Todd Warren cams, oil pump gears, full fore fuel system, transmission and clutch upgrades, as well as a tune from Mike. Between them being severely busy and me having a big job to begin with, they knocked the job out in a super timely manner, and all of the work is top notch. The car runs flawlessly and has never skipped a beat. Recently (2024) I snapped an axle on the car, I called Mike right away and he told me to drop it off and they will get to it asap. Within days of the car being dropped off, they confirmed the diagnoses and Mike called me back with options on repair. Once again, they delivered with amazing work and the car is perfect once again. All of these reviews saying Mike doesn’t know how to talk to people and he’s rude blah blah blah clearly don’t like honesty. Mike is straight up and to the point, and for me, that’s what I appreciate and value. I own a motorcycle repair/sale business and Mike has also helped me with tips and tricks as to my business as well. Extremely personable guy, straight forward, and excellent work.”

“Layers of service to appreciate here! Our only car was virtually undrivable due to a bad ball bearing, rotor, brake and sensor. We brought it in on a Monday and told they were busy so it might be Wednesday before they could get in there and take a look. Not only did they have it looked at and diagnosed by Tuesday morning, it was completely fixed by Tuesday afternoon. They called us twice with updates along the way as things were discovered, which we weren't expecting and really appreciated! The car feels like it drives better than when I first bought it. We definitely recommend this shop!”
