Truck died on the highway on my trip from TX to WI. Was told by the tow driver that Hamel was the only shop around that would be open the next day (7/3). Hamel got me back on the road that next day and gave me advise on how to make it home. Highly recommend. Great service with a smile.

Was simple serpentine belt, turned into $1600 worth of ,unneeded repairs was out of state when I was towed, at their mercy AVOID AT ALL COST, RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS

This was the most pathetic pair of guys I've ever met. They totally take advantage of you if you're broke down on the road, They charged me $300 to put on a serpentine belt and then didn't even bother to put the Shroud back on it when they were done. They were totally scandalous, And misled you the entire time they worked on your vehicle. Beware! I wouldn't recommend them to air up a bike tire, much less work on a vehicle.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I feel as though everyone I spoke with at hamel sales and service were the upmost profiecient and proffessional. They worked with my budget and repositioned their own schedule to help me fix my vehicle.
