We arrived at the address listed on their official website and there is no such place with the specified shelter. We sent a completed application with a request to adopt a dog and no response either. It's just disappointment.

My elderly parents just adopted a 12 week old puppy from this place. They already had him neutered so young! The antibiotics they gave him were not a good kind and never prescibed to puppies. They took him to a vet 2 days after adoption because he felt like bones and was lethargic and not eating. Turns out he has worms that weren't being treated, severely underweight, and more possible issues. He has to have xrays now and they paid $850 for a dog they told them was healthy. He might not make it. If he does, he might never walk. Organization says non refundable. Will be filing a police report too. This place is against all animal welfare morals. DO NOT BUY AND REPORT!

Ignore the bad reviews. We just got a 4 month old puppy from here originally named Procyn but we named her Khloe. She is a happy and healthy now 5 month old puppy. We love her so much and are glad we went here. So far happy with her because she is perfectly healthy

I am writing this review in hopes to help anyone that is considering adopting from this organization. They pose as a rescue, and advocates for the animals they save, but its unfortunately not true. I feel that the director/owner is trying to make as much money as possible without considering the impact ********** has on the animals and the familys adopting them. She nor her associates have responded to my phone calls, contact us message page or email regarding a puppy I adopted on July 8. He was so sick by July 9, that he had to be admitted into emergency veterinary care. The cost now is well over $10,000. Thats right, not including the adoption fee. I have never been more disappointed and shocked by such poor and irresponsible behavior. I didnt know that by not researching the rescue, I would experience this level of failure on any organizations part when considering adoption through a rescue. After reading the reviews, I feel ashamed but also very sad for the pets they adopt out. They do not take care of these animals as they should. Luckily, we were blessed with a puppy that is a fighter. I hope that anyone considering adoption through their network, will find another rescue instead. A rescue that responds to the adopters, follows up on the pet for wellness checks and wants the pet to thrive in the homes and lives theyve been trusted into. I do not at all recommend this rescue. Shame on them for not doing better, being better.

We adopted a 2 month old golden doodle from them. It was an easy process and the communication was great. Please be patient with them, they’re short staffed and doing everything they can to find homes for these pups. Linda was kind and helpful. As I stated before, please understand that they are doing everything in their power to make this a smooth process. Sometimes patience is needed when looking to adopt from shelters. Our baby is doing great and it was worth driving in an ice storm to get him. A true blessing!

They tell you youre adopting a healthy pup and fully vetted but its a lie. Then when you have them pay for surguries needed, they wont do it. They had me take the pup to their doctor and even though the specialist recommends surguries, they would just block your number so they dont have to pay. Beware

I applied to adopt a golden retriever named scarlet. My application was approved and set up a meeting with her. However when I got there Linda had assigned scarlet to someone else. I met with Crimson another golden but not friendly very scared. I have now had her 3 weeks and still will not go outside or walk around on her own. I don't think she should have been adopted out yet. They did not tell me anything about her she is so sad and scared of everything. I want to keep her band am trying to hgive her time. I think they they should have kept her longer to observe her demeanor to be able to help me cope with her insecurity. I would not use this rescue planCe again. They don't seem to have the best interest of the animal when adopting it out.

They have such wonderful compassion for rescuing pets of all ages and sizes. The people that run this rescue have huge hearts. One of my all time favorite rescues! Thank you for the good work that makes you stand out

Adopted a goldendoodle 3 months ago. She was 2 months old at time of adoption. Was charged $1495 adoption fee, as she was a "fundraiser" dog, to help raise money for other dogs that need procedures. Ok. Agreed. I like the dog and happy to help other dogs. From day 1, had blood in her stool. Over $2k in vet visits for 2 months, medication, stool samples etc. She finally was better. At 5.5 months old, has bad hips. Looking at close to $20k for hip replacements and months of physical therapy. Would not recommend this rescue to anyone. On a side note, our dog and her several siblings were all supposedly taken from the breeder when the mom was pregnant. They advertised f1b Yada Yada. My sister aso rescued a dog from here and the dog has had nothing but major health issues. Very displeased.

I suspect they work with puppy mills to sell* puppy mill dogs rather than function as a legitimate rescue; that is why the fees are dodgy for a rescue and the dogs come half the time with questionable health. Stay weary and do your research. Don't adopt from them until you get info about exactly * where your dog was rescued from and a vet record within a day prior to adoption to guarantee health.

Organization is as a great help in assistance with adopting our puppy. Staff was very transparent and accommodating. Nothing but great things to say about them. Our little man is such a joy and brought us happiness after losing our 14 year old buddy to kidney failure seven weeks before.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Martha and Wagging Hearts. She was so knowledgeable and thoughtful, patient and kind as we made the enormous decision to add a new, little one to our family. We couldn’t be happier! He’s the best puppy ever!

Wonderful organization that works tirelessly to safely re-home dogs and cats. Our family had visited Martha's foster dogs previously, and saw the love, care, dedication and patience that goes into finding these animals the right families. We were finally ready to bring home a new puppy, and the process was seamless. Martha explained everything we needed to know, and was there for follow up questions.
