I came in looking for help with my snowblower that wouldn’t stay running. Josh in service was able to get my machine looked at very quickly and had it ready for me before it snowed again. Highly recommend.

We brought a scag lawn mower 2022 model for repair. 4 times in the last 3 months and it only last 5 minutes before the same problem we brought it in for comes up again. We have also noticed that everytime we bring our mower in with a full tank it comes back half empty. How is this possible if they always say the machine work perfectly and when I only run it for 5 minutes the same problem clearly comes up again. Are they just having me come time and again to syphon gas from my mower? I am curious because that's has happened everytime I bring my mower in. It has a full tank and is left half empty everytime exactly. I feel that all they are doing in this repair service is taking gas from my mowers and returning them to me. Watch everyone and keep an eye on how much gas you give your mower to the service and how much gas is left in your mower after. I'm sure this location is very happy with receiving so much free gas from so many troubled landscapers.

I have a lawn mower that needs to be serviced and I talk to someone and after talking with them I Bring in the lawn mower to have it serviced. They have it for almost two weeks calls to say they can not fix it because they can not order a part for the lawn mower. This is their business to repair these machines but they are incapable of ordering a part for the lawn mower and repair it. Then they have the nerve to charge a diagnostic fee of $54.50 to say they can not order a part for the lawn mower. Their whole business is everything lawn and landscaping services. Avoid this place at all costs or it will cost money for the false claims they portray to be. Absolutely terrible

Wanted to buy a zero turn that was confirmed at this location on a Saturday at 1230 pm. They close at noon. Ended up driving to Delavan WI to purchase what I needed.
