Awesome selection of bathroom accessories. Not to mention the array of many other products which they stock in abundance.

Regular homeowner here...weekend warrior or whatever...you have to come here. They are friendly, helpful, thoughtful. They service the equipment, even give you a hands on tutorial if you need one. Please choose this local business instead of a big box store.

Didn't have the fondest experience. Came in early/mid October to have a snowblower repaired. Was told they will have a quote/inspection done within two weeks. He said it if it's a belt/carb clean that will be $150 but could be more depending on what they find. Understood. FOUR weeks go by (it's right before thanksgiving) and I call and check in. I get a response "Oh yeah yours is next in line!" What a coincidence *eyeroll*. They call a few days later and tell me what it needs and that it will be $221. I know my blower is basically worth $200 so I remembered the price as I thought back and forth on it but ultimately just needed something for the winter months so reluctantly proceeded. They said it would take a few weeks. So now ANOTHER FOUR WEEKS go by and I have to call again and check in. "We were waiting on parts to be delivered but they just came in today!" WHAT A COINCIDENCE I SHOULD GET A LOTTERY TICKET WITH MY LUCK THAT I HAPPEN TO CALL ON THE DAYS THEY CAN START WORKING ON MY MACHINE I PAID THEM TO FIX. *eyeroll*. The machine gets fixed two days later. I go to pick up and pay. "That will be $275. Im internally fuming as that was not the price I agreed to. He sees I'm visibly distraught and I mention the price was $221 on the phone. He offers to take off half hour of labor costs. The cost magically was $221 again. I felt conned as they seemly added more hours of labor onto the machine. They did help me load my heavy machine into my car and were polite but I won't be going back here unfortunately.

This is the main place i have my lawncare equipment serviced at as well as the main place i get my parts from. The staff here are fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Also it is a family owned small business. That is very important to me. I will keep supporting them as long as i have a small business of my own.

Updated Review to 4 stars:Grower picked up my snowblower and returned it within a couple days. They repaired the skid shoes, I am not sure what exactly they did, I guess I will find out when I have to adjust them in the future. The height of the snowblower is way better and it worked great this past weekend. Overall a good experience but has room for improvement. Hoping future interactions are issue free.Updated Review reduced to Two stars:Ran the snowblower for the first time yesterday for about 5 minutes. Immediately saw that the snowblower was setup too high requiring us to shovel snow on our driveway after snowblowing. I bent over to look at the skid shoes and saw that one bolt holding the poly skid shoe they installed was completely loose. Upon inspection, the carriage bolt that was installed was stripped in the housing unit which was likely done by the shop using an impact gun without the bolt fully seated. There is zero chance that Grower did not realize this happened yet a damaged unit was delivered to me. I purchased a new unit for over $1800 yet was knowingly delivered a damaged unit. The good news is Grower has been responsive and will pickup the snowblower tomorrow morning for "repair." There is no way to repair this issue to have the snowblower in NEW condition due to damage in the actual steel shroud. I will always have issues with skid shoe adjustment, rust etc moving forward. I requested a new unit as a replacement and was denied. I will update this review with a resolution once I am provided one that is acceptable.Original Review:My experience up to this point has been terrific. Due to covid supply chain issues, it became difficult to find a specific snowblower I was looking for. I called around and started speaking to Carole. She had one unit left of a lesser model, so I bought it over the phone, asked for hand warmers and poly skids. I can not be more happy with the service so far and cannot wait to have my new snowblower delivered and set up for the first use. I highly recommend Grower and look forward to a long relationship for all future power equipment needs!

Brought in my Redmax blower that I had purchased there for a hard starting problem and the kill switch no longer worked. Finally got a call and asked what's the problem with it. All I was told was "It's the gaskets." Huh? What gaskets? "The gaskets." That will cost $250. What about the kill switch, did you fix that? "Ah no, he's not going to." This is a low time machine and I smell a rat here so I tell them don't do anything and I will pick it up. I get the machine and the tank is empty....It was dropped off with a full tank of no ethanol premium because I wanted them to test it with the same gas that I use. OK, stole my gas and didn't even work on my machine. I get it home, refuel and try to start it and I notice it pulls over awfully easy.......MY SPARK PLUG IS MISSING! So, let's recap.....I pay $30 up front for something....2-A whole tank of gas goes missing...3-My spark plug is missing....4-I don't get a coherent diagnosis as to the problem... What kind of operation is this? Sounds like a good deal to me...........Stay away......

I was searching for an specific expensive mower so I called, they told me that they had only one left so I cancel an important meeting and drove back for over 30 minutes to get to the store. When I got there I had to wait over 20 minutes because the only salesman were left to go at the bank and all this to be informed that the equipment was already sold. Time is something really valuable and everything that happened was very unprofessional.

Poor customer service, I asked for financing options and one of then behind the door was making fun of me. Definitely didn't want to make business with this company.
