“This BoA is never that busy and the customer service here has been very good. I know that BoA gets hit with poor customer service reviews but that wasn't my experience. This branch is clean and airy and my go to branch if I ever need to go inside one. BoA mortgages on the other hand is another story.”

“I have had nothing but excellent customer service from our local 5th/3rd branch! We recently had a potential fraud issue and were very panicked. Cindy spent a lot of time helping us fix the situation. Any issues that arose that were out of her jurisdiction she was still very helpful in pointing us in the right direction and explaining what we needed to do.We've had other issues in the past, and although we were frustrated when our local branch couldn't assist us, it was always do to security protocols which I can appreciate.I can't really comment on other locations, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 5th/3rd based on our experiences with our branch. Seeing the same faces working there for at least the last several years must say something about how the company treats employees which carries over to the customers.”

“This is my go to store because it is so close to my home And we have limited options in our area. I like the store ... my only complaint is some of the checkers are very unfriendly and unprofessional while others are fine. I have had several checkers who are younger that don't even recognize the fact that you are even there and seem tortured. I showed a discount card to a girl and I asked if she needed to see it and she said "I see it" then at the end didn't take off the $5 she SAID SHE SAW (in a very rude manner). One other checker adult male is the opposite... so busy talking and trying to be funny the entire time which makes me very uncomfortable. I think this location needs to focus on training the staff a bit more.”

“I came in today to have some of my savings bonds cashed out. The young lady had only done it once & did not remember 100% how to go about again seeing since the address on mine was different from my current. One of her coworkers immediately helped the two of us out & we got it done within 10-15 minutes. The girl was very patient & even though it was only her second time cashing our savings bond, I could tell she knew what she was doing once she started the process. The staff is very polite & more than happy to help you out.”

“The bank manager goes above and beyond filippo excels in customer service . So I came in on crutches he told me to sit down went and did my deposit and brought back my receipt. Always pleasant .
