I love the store but... I get slightly aggravated when the sighn says open but a piece of paper says be back in an hour with no time on it and it's after 2pm???

This location confuses me. I needed something quickly today so I decided to stop and when I arrived at the location, there was a be back in five minutes sign up. The open sign was on so I thought, cool, not a problem. The problem happened when I was waiting for 25 minutes and no one ever came back. I was outside with 2 other people and we all decided that waiting wasn’t worthwhile after the five minutes had passed. I tried to call the store and there was no answer or option to leave a voicemail. Maybe I was right to avoid the location based on how uncomfortable it made me previously. If your open sign is on, the door should be open. Otherwise, turn the sign off. I feel like I wasted valuable time trying to secure the items I need to no avail. They don’t even have their phone number on the building if you need help. I had to Google all the info hence why I am now here. Do better, Zee Vapor and if you can’t, Gurnee deserves a better vape shop in that prime location.

Today I came into the store to buy a JUUL.My experience was very positive I really liked the store clerk and was able to ask him endless questions about my purchase he was very helpful and patient with me.The store is very nice and in my opinion a little nicer than similar stores I have been to in the area.

Unfortunately, I had an incident a few months ago where I had to return and item. The store manager lied and said he refunded my money. After a few days, I returned to check in on the refund it had not come through. The store manager and employees treated me as if I didn’t matter and I was lying. I got in contact with the store owner. He helped me. After a great experience with the store owner I decided to continue to support the store. However, each time I go in I am met with rudeness and negative energy. I suggest the store owner get new employees with better rapport with everyone in the community not just select few. Peace

Have always loved coming to the store but the last two times I've tried to come and shop there's been nobody there or the store has been closed during store hours so ended up being disappointed twice unfortunately

Bought a vape pen and it broke within a week of purchasing it. Garbage.Gives a second chance… so Go back to purchase the same thing 3 different times and each time a different price? Very inconsistent and doesn’t even make sense. I get sales happen but purchasing the same thing three different times in a month period of time and all three times it being a different price? Not right.

Been searching a long time for salt nic juice similar to the JUUL virginia tobacco favor. Called Zee Vapor today and finally got it. Excellent service and superb suggestion. Thanks a lot for this. Its perfect. Dry tobacco juice is the best i have got so far. Probably better than the Virginia Tobacco too. Highly satisfied. Best plave for all your vaping needs. Definitely going back.
