Jaylen from Gurnee branch and his staffs always greets me whenever I do any transaction there customer service are well beyond my needs . I also love their customer services. Keep pushing guys ???

They always delay 10 days of my deposits, and when I deposit checks from new clients, I don't think this is a good bank if you have a business account

Jaylen and Julie are sooo awesome! I came here today for the first time to do a normal withdrawal I am from ky. They changed my thinking on this bank. I did want to eventually close but they are good at explaining and clearing any confused thoughts where I am from I’ve had nothing but bad experiences! But today I am here to say I will stay with this bank because of these two!

Had to wait 45 minutes to cash my paycheck because it was over $1,500. Just had to stand there while corporate took their time emailing the banker back with approval to handle SO much money. Didn’t even want it in cash, either.

I’ve been trying to get assistance from a manager for a week straight between multiple locations. I don’t get calls back and no one seems to have any answers when it comes down to disputes. We have provided proof from Amazon that specific charges are not from my account. They have denied disputes without providing proper reasoning for the denials. This place seems overly understaffed and lacks people in charge who can handle escalated situation. I’m disputing 3k is fraudulent charges and no one seems to be taking these concerns serious. We’ve talked to 5 different people and spent hours on the phone with them still telling us we need to go into a facility in person. However, we get there and no one knows how to assist and says we will be getting a callback. Any help would be appreciated because no one deserves to be scammed like this. At their request, 3 different debit cards have been canceled because of this and yet no one can provide financial support even with physical proof the charges are fraud. The charges are from a separate state and from fake accounts but yet we get denied?

I've been banking at the Gurnee location for years with no problems. John and his staff are very good. No complaints here!
