Recommended by ex Commonwealth coworker. Never had such a good experience with damage to my car. Estimate below expectations. Owner friendly and professional. Work was exceptional, time was quick and the caveat, they fixed a few additional scratches and didn't charge me. I give them 5 and a half stars.

Tom took care of my vehicle and did great work on matching the paint and getting rid of the dents with a quick turn around time. I would recommend Tom and his team for any auto body repairs.

Needed a hood latch repaired & greased on my BMW & after going to various shops that either didn't know what to do or put me on a waiting list for a week & half. Called over here, explained the issue to Tom, he knew what it was and had a good idea on how to fix it. He told me straight up that he had a 2 week waiting list as well but if I brought my truck in the next day at 8:30 sharp he'll get me together & sure enough my truck was done in a matter of hours with an exceptional price as well.

I had my vehicle worked on here, I had a broken front bumper and crushed quarter panel. Tom and his team exceeded my expectations. Tom works with you and explains every step of the process. He's honest and you can tell he's a master of his trade. Their prices are fair and the turn around time is extremely quick. Anyone who's in need for body repair I would recommend you schedule ASAP because this shop is in High demand at all times.

Discovered that my 2006 Honda Element had a large patch of rust on the driver's side when attempting to install running boards. Tom and his team inspected the vehicle, repaired the damage, and even installed the running boards for me. I'll be bringing my vehicles to Waukegan & Gurnee Auto Body for any frame or body work that I need done from now on.

I had the pleasure of doing business with this company and dealing with the Manager Tom after an unfortunate accident I was involved in, I quickly learned how professional of a company I was dealing with from start to finish. Recently had some work done on my Audi - went here because I read the reviews and they are spot on. Tom is great to work with. He was able to get me a quote the same day I brought it in for an estimate and was fully transparent. Results were incredible and he even touched up a few chips I had from rocks. Highly recommend and will be back if needed in the future.

Highly recommend this business for body work. Really great customer service. Got me in right away for an estimate. Upfront about all costs. Had the worked completed within several days which was outstanding and just like new. Tom runs a great shop.
