I find the pharmacist to be great but they are so busy. It’s too hard for them to give each and every customer FAST service because they are swamped. I think they do a great job, but really need more help to give the service levels we all want.

You have to catch these guys during non busy times, if there is a line of people I swear they work slower.

Trying to get information over the phone is painstaking. Eats my time up and is totally inaccessible. Usually in-person service is good but sometimes lines take 30min-1h.
