Customer Service is terrible. It takes forever to get a prescription that is already ready. I have waited as long as 11 minutes in the drive thru and there would only be only 2 cars ahead of me. How long does it really take to grab a prescription and give to a customer.

This would be a 1 star except for the young man that was kind enough to fill my script on the spot. At 1330 I arrived to get an eta of my script fill and at the drive through a short middle aged woman first told me that there was no script for me, then a moment later she said “oh it just came in”…. I asked when it would be filled and she said 45min to an hour. I returned at 1630. At the drive through a young man said okay; give me 5 mins and I’ll have it filled. Thanks to the young man. But over really frustrating experience here.

Total $hit show pharmacy. Nobody answers the phone, but if you go there everyone is standing around. It's been like this for 2 years. STAY AWAY.

I don't know what's going on at this location but their pharmacy service has plummeted. The drive thru takes 15+ minutes every single time.

Always a long wait to get your perscription. There are usually 3 or 4 cars in line and it takes 15 minutes or more per car. Than often times they tell you one of your perscriptiins isn't ready and to come back in an hour. Which basically means drive around the building and get back in line and wait another hour. This is a recent developement. It was much netter last year.

Never pick up the phones, extremely long wait times, bad customer service. Understaffed. Find a different pharmacy.

Terrible. Dropped off RX Wednesday and today on Saturday, STILL have heard nothing back via call or the auto-messaging. Nothing at all, not the pricing I asked for or letting me know it's ready for pickup, not a peep. Had to call doc and request it be sent to a new pharmacy.

Terrible pharmacy. I've been a customer for 6 years, never had a problem until 2 months ago. Suddenly meds are delayed or out of stock. They never answer the phone, I was on hold from home for 20 minutes waiting for a staff member. I got in the car and drove to the store while the phone rang and rang....When I got there no one was in line and the phone was ringing off the hook. HELLO! Answer the phone. Turned out they had the meds after all. Same thing happened the month before. Time for a new pharmacy. Unreliable is unacceptable.

Every time I visit everyone is pretty nice and my last visit I enjoyed Glen with two n,s humor! The registers were going very slow something they couldn't control but he made the best of it and kept the customers smiling! Great customer service Glenn!!
