“Banfield Hospital in Gurnee is by far my favorite one! The staff is always pleasant they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Last time I took my dog and the veterinary technician helped me take him to the doctor while I carried my son. This was just simply amazing as a new mom and a dog mom it can become a bit overwhelming. Today I just took my childhood dog and we have been going to banfield for more than 15 years, he never like to come to the vet it was always a battle, the technician was kind enough to take her time and make him feel comfortable. Thank you Banfield Gurnee once again for the phenomenal service.”
“The very best place ever! The staff is wonderful with the animals and there great with all the pets...lol...but seriously if you want a great Dr. for your pet/pets this is the only place I would recommend great staff and as if that's not enough the prices are very reasonable.”
