When I was a teen Verizon was a great phone company with pretty good service. Now my signal can't even make it through my pants pocket. I will definitely be paying off these phone leases and going back to t-mobile asap smfh

I have been to this location in several occasions over the years. In years past, the service was horrid. Not anymore.
The last few times I have been in here, I was greeted right away and treated with the utmost care. I have never felt pressured and they have gone above and beyond to make sure I get the best deal, or in today's case, accept my return without hassle.

Store workers were not able to help me since we weren't authorized users on the account. OK fine that's not a huge deal, but we called the account owner and had the store clerk try to help them out. The worker got very annoyed and rude and started talking in an agressive and confrontational tone, saying things like "I know you're not talking to me that way", when I can guarantee you the person on the other side was being very fair.
Hopefully we get the account manager thing figured out, but we likely won't be coming back to this store once we do

I've call their number several times and keep getting redirected to a Robot. You sell phones, when it rings at your store, pick it up.

Rude employee. Benny decided to take my stuff of the charger. I was using the charger to see why my watch wasn’t getting service. He didn’t ask me if it was ok, too take my stuff off the charger, instead he just said he needed it and took my stuff off the charger.
Worst customer service ever.

Best experience I’ve ever had a Verizon store! Alex was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my mom felt comfortable and all set up with her new phone. Hands down best location!

Went in to pick up an online order. Staff was attentive when I walked in and helped me right away. This was my second time here. The first time, the store was very busy and we still received good customer service.

Not the greatest location. Was super impressed with the service we were provided. Except when we went to a different location to double check the order and new plans we made; the original representative from gurnee did everything wrong. The address for things to be shipped wasn’t correct; gave improper pricing on literally everything. Didn’t add my fiancés military discount like he said nor did he waive the activation fee like he said. The guy was extremely nice but if you’re going to put a plan together at least make it correct and don’t just rush people out because you’re closing soon.
