Jennifer and Micaela in customer service are the best. I had an issue with a piece of furniture being delayed, and those girls made sure to make it right. I have basically furnished my last two house with furniture from Value City. You cant go wrong shopping here.

Terrible service. Guarantees are a scam. The delivery has terrible staff, they put the wrong beds and the man who came to put them in didn't want to change them when it was his mistake. Since he arrived he had a very bad attitude and was in a hurry, which is why he made a mistake. And they also changed my delivery 3 times. And when you talk to the office they always tell you that they are going to talk to you and they never talk to you. Despite everything, you are paying for the service and delivery. Too bad I don't suggest buying there.
