Less than two weeks before my vacation and the mail carrier sent my package back to the sender stating addresse unknown when she know good and well I live here. She was suppose to live the package in the mail room and instead sent my package back. I am furious!!!

I am new to the Brookhaven apartments and always assigned staff is leaving the packages wrong. For example, I leave my packages at another door, I have also left packages in the mail box, you must pay close attention to the numbers on the door. Now I have lost packages due to their poor work.

I've had a PO box here since 2013. Never had a problem. But since all the original desk staff left (post covid) the service from the replacement staff, has been terrible. I dread having to do anything other than pick up my mail or packages and leave. Today, I was there to pick up a package I received a notification on 2 days prior. The supervisor is who offered assistance. I explained and added but there wasn't a physical notification in the box. Instantly optioned to dismiss any further assistance, saying she can't help because they haven't dispensed the po boxes yet. My next question was going to be if it's in the building you can go get it. But it eventually dawned on her to do so before I said it. Acted like it was an inconvenience. All 3 minutes that it took her to walk back and get it. Like she had somewhere to be, while being paid to do her job. No reason I'd have to leave and come back when it was 3 minutes from where she was standing. Terrible customer service. The guy with glasses is even worse. They all seem to wear air pods. It's the contrast between professional and the lack there of.

Twice I was home all day for my package( July 6th and July 8th) but they never attempted to delveried my order and left a note IN MY MAILBOX claiming no one was home. When I was home all day both day. I have a ring cam also and no one on both day even came to the door

We went to the post office in Gurnee, IL! The service was the slowest ever they only had two employees for the whole post office! We stood in line for 45 minutes just to ask one question! Martin, has done this multiple times and we are fed up! He put an reminder that we had to pay our bill in our p.o box even though we paid it on April the 10th! He didn't even check who had paid or not which caused me and my wife to be very stressed and frustrated! He has done this often isn't it protocol to check to see who has paid or not before giving them an reminder notice! This caused my wife to have to check to make sure that the receipt was in the system which made us very angry! When he gave us the so called receipt it wasn't even an receipt of any sort! It was an piece of paper with writing on it!

The lady working there that day was so rude. She gave like no info on mail renew passport protocols and I wrote down the wrong address on the money order omg she flipped out. What is wrong with her. That’s not professional at all. I kept my chill she obviously didn’t. I was not happy I asked one question where to mail the passport and she just acted like I asked for the hardest question to answer wellIt’s On the sheet! She screamed horrible horrible service. Still waiting to get myMoney order back will not go here again

This place sucks.I haven't received ANY mail (no flyers, no circulars) including my mail order medication since 11/26.I Called on 11/29 spoke to Gwen at the post office. First I was advised my carrier is OFF and mail is light. I say I need my mail. I'll even pick it up. Was told she'd speak to the Carrier and get back to me. No call back. Called and got her again 12/2 ...was told carrier says there's no mail. THEN she says "it's my understanding that box is very full and we may assume you moved or are deceased." This obvious statement indicates they stopped delivering my mail....due to an ASSUMPTION. Again my Medication is Sent through the mail. Why assume? Isn't it policy to leave an inquiry tag on the box or door?I'm so disgusted!!!!! Now I have to miss work to go speak to the post master, which I'm sure will net nothing also. I receive WAY too much junk mail for NOTHING to have come for my address for a week.
