“After reading many of the reviews on this place, I had a good feeling of purchasing my first car from Jackson Auto. Both Andrew and Ben were very professional, respectful, helpful, patient and walked me through the entire process as a first time buyer. They greatly helped me in every opportunity that came available to give me the cheapest monthly payments as possible. I love the car I got and it was in great condition (Just needed to give it a quick wash and some air in the tires, but nothing I couldn't handle) and runs very smoothly.

“The car had a few issues that were not told to us before we purchased it. We had to drive 3 1/2 hours from Michigan to Illinois. The back window is separated from the fabric, the steering wheel is pretty beat up for its age and there is a plug missing in the convertible top. I could live with all that but we were under the impression they were sending out for the title work. Come to find out they were just waiting for our cashiers check to clear and they sent the paperwork to us to go have to hassle with the Secretary of State. Val was a nice sales guy, though .”

This dealership is for folks on a budget and looking for a deal. It's really up to you responsible for being prepared and doing your own research on which car is good for you and suits your needs. Eddie and Jerry are just trying to make a living selling cars. My first impression, it's a clean car lot. None of the cars are in the best condition because they are late model. But I can tell you the car I bought was in good enough condition for what I paid for. It was a good enough deal to buy what I bought. I appreciate the buy, and I'll need to put more money down on it to get it to my standard. The air condition needs serviced as well as other maintenance needs. But, the engine overall is in good shape as well as the powertrain, steering, alignment, etc. Budget maintenance after your purchase for any car that comes off this lot. It's a late model lot. I may change this review if things change, in the next few months, as I drive this car more.”
