Always great service and honest people. They will help you package your products and use the most efficient methods if possible. The value is worth the trip in instead of driving around to different places to ship as they ship through all major services (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc). I have always just requested the basic shipping services and the service has always been top notch and everyone is always so polite and professional.

I want to mention what a great customer service experience I had at the Shipping Point in Gurnee on Tuesday. I walked in with my packages to ship and was waited on by a gentleman name Jim. He looked at my large box that was packed by my boss and said, "This will cost a small fortune to ship." He then asked if he could open it, I knew it was Halloween presents for her grandchildren, so I said sure. Jim went the extra mile and repacked everything and saved me more than $120.00. It was very nice to see someone going the extra mile to help me. As a result, I will always be returning to Shipping Point in Gurnee for all my shipping and printing needs!

They are so extremely helpful, their customer service is beyond great!! I'm not always savvy about doing returns on my phone & they do it all for me. On top of that they have gifts & great greeting cards. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my shipping needs. Thank You

Rarely if ever do I need a shipping / printing service, the Shipping Point in Gurnee il came through in my moment of disparity. I was trying to put together a collage for my sisters funeral and I had no pictures available. But I had some on my phone. I found Shipping Point on google and called them and Jim (the owner) answers and says "No problem, email them and you can pick them up within the hour."
