I had my screen on my phone replaced in 3.5 hours. Works great! The customer service rep was super friendly. In order to avoid arriving before it was ready, i did try to call several times, and no one answered... other than that, it was a great experience.

Kai is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! My phone was a disaster, I honestly thought it was beyond repair, but after a couple hours I received the text from Kai to come pick up my perfectly repaired phone!!! I cannot say enough about this place, and the customer service is the best!!! Come here and ask for Kai if you need your phone to be repaired!!
