On the way to work early morning paid for their top wash $15 plus $5 for paint protection ceramic coat got in and out and left and noticed that not even tire shine was applied get to work and forget about the thingOn the next day after work got there and tried to explain the situation guy accused me for wanting free stuff and said it is America you do not get free stuff I argued that it is America I asked what I paid for etc. whole deal was funny.. guy offered free rinse which is offered on the receipt within 3 days was also funny..P.s. i was driving old prius so guy might have prejudiceOld guy is racist, biased and plain rude told me to go somewhere else etc.Just be careful and ask and fight right away when they don't turn on all option in the first wash

Car wash damaged my vehicle. Then I was cussed at by the workers who threaten to press charges because they have “on camera” me putting my car in drive. Funny because that’s not what the cops saw on their footage. Rude owner, incredibly rude workers.

On July 17,2023 I went to Tsunami car wash in ****** ******** once I went through the wash I parked my car that's when I noticed the scratch marks on the rear bumper and above the drivers side tire and above the rear driver side tire. My car was purchased less than a month ago from the ***** exchange it was on the show room floor. When I showed the owner he denied it being any fault of his machines. He was rude and unapologetic. Now I am stuck with a brand new car with scratches.

The car wash belt that move the vehicle moves too fast where it doesn’t clean the tires or other parts of the vehicle. The car wash needs to be slowed down.

BEWARE !! I go to Tsunami Car Wash in Gurnee on Delaney Road all the time to get a car wash and haven't had a problem until this past Sunday (03/26/23). After leaving the car wash my car was still wet as the dryers don't work as well as they did when this business first opened and while going through the wash it was very loud a sound I had not heard before almost a thumping noise.After driving home I noticed dents on my drivers side hood. I called the business and spoke to an older gentleman. Explained to him that I had just been there and now have dents on my hood and scratches ( I should not have said “scratches" because they are more like “rub" marks) as if the arm mechanism had hit my hood I told him I did not have the dents before I went through the car wash and I was sick about it! He told me that his car wash does not use brushes so it couldn't have scratched it and there was no problem with his machine and there was nothing he could do and hung up. It ended up being a very expensive car wash for me as I have to take my vehicle to an auto body shop to repair the dented hood !!

This place needs to be taken down ASAP. Did my car so dirty and paid extra money for “Rainbow” wash and “Tire wash” all those extra pay for washing my car did nothing to clean my car. Absolutely terrible place.

The blow dryers didn't remove enough water from the wash/rinse. Bonus - free vaccum.

Not sure what took me so long to get a monthly subscription here but I am happy I did! The vacuums can't handle my dog's hair in the floorboards so I had to take a star away.
