I have had a great experience at the Gurnee, IL location! Very clean, organized and very helpful staff with appropriate questions and stellar suggestions.
I’ve been an ER Nurse Practitioner for 24 year, worked 5 years prior to that as an RN. I have been a Locums worker (agency) and traveled throughout the state of Illinois. Trust me when I give this store a high rating. I do this without hesitation.
My only disappointment was they do not carry a better quality shoe. Not a supportive (Dansko or similar) to be found.
I can go elsewhere for shoes but this will be my único store!!—> Cynthia

I was in Gurnee visiting and came across this store. The lady that helped was great! I'm a nursing student and now everyone wants my scrubs. I told them I traveled 11 hours for them! When I visit again I will be sure to stop!

NEVER SHOP HERE!!!! I bought a pair of heart and soul scrub pants, wore them 1x and they got a hole in them after washing. Drove 1hr to exchange for same exact pair, and the said no because the tag wasn’t attached to the pants…pants were defective and they wouldn’t exchange for the exact same pair!!! I’ve never had any issues before with heart and soul. It’s not even a place that I can have fixed so I’m out $30 and spent $150 was I was there. Horrible customer service. I’ll stick to the stores I usually buy my scrubs from. Even online stores are better than here.

This is a great store. Really excellent stock of options laid out really well. They have options for men and women in a variety of different brands, colors, and styles. The products are a great quality with a good price. Marsha was friendly and explained the exchange process in a crystal clear way. This is the place to go for your uniform needs.

I recently had such a great experience at this store! I had a pretty big/complicated order for company scrubs. Jessica has honestly been such an angel!! She’s super helpful and sweet! I’ve gone back quite a few times for exchanges and the process has been super easy! Definitely will be going back in the future.

Horrible place never shop here very rude and not helpful at all all I wanted was exchange for a different size I had the receipt and tag with it the lady that helped me purchase is told me 30 day return it hasn’t even been 30 days it been 6 days and she not want to help exchange for a different size I payed $28.25 for the shirt the day I bought the scrubs I wasted about $100 all I asked was for a exchange on a size and the manger of gurnee was very very rude.

Im 35 weeks pregnant, needed a pair of scrubs just to hold me off for a few weeks as I’m still working. The little bit of energy I have I use to go to work so I’m not going out shopping. I’ve never shopped here before so called the store, asked if i can send my husband in to buy me 2 maternity scrubs (1 large, 1 medium) and if I can RETURN the one that doesn’t work out. Trisha said as long as I have the receipt and all tags are attached I can return within 30 days. So I sent my husband to get the scrubs on monday, figured out my size and sent him on Tuesday to return the pair that didn’t work only to find out that no returns are allowed and it’s exchange only. Called Wednesday and spoke with Trisha and now she’s saying she said exchange only when she didn’t say that when I called Monday! The unfortunate part is that it’s my word against Hers and I know what I asked and heard so now I’m stuck with an extra pair of unecessary scrubs. Either she lied to make the sale or people here aren’t knowledgeable about their policy. At the end of the day salespeople only care about themselves. I don’t recommend anybody shopping here. To top it off, my receipt says I bought 3 bottoms and 1 top when In reality, what we bought 2 tops, 2 bottoms. So she rung out the purchase incorrectly and bottoms were more expensive than the top so my husband paid more than what he should’ve!!!

I shop at the store inside Gurnee Mills Mall. I do agree with one poster regarding Marsha (or it might be Marie). For a store manager, her customer service skills are horrible and unprofessional. I have been in the store twice while she was working and seen her belittle customers, especially non-white customers-I did not purchase anything and if she is working I refuse to go into the store.Celia on the other hand is amazing! She is so friendly and outgoing. When I visit the store, she always has me laughing (and other customers as well), and spending more time in the store than I should. Sometimes, I’m just there to see if new items have come in and she somehow convinces me to buy something. She is the only reason I continue to shop at the store.Where the store is lacking is in men’s uniforms. I am in the healthcare industry and I prefer to go into a store to try on uniforms instead of ordering something online and having a problem with it. I think if the store increased its men’s selection, they would have increased foot traffic as we guys would spread the word to our our male counterparts.With regard to the return policy, I think posting professionally made signs in the dressing room and on the counter near the cash register would be helpful. I’ve seen that especially at small boutique stores.

Just had what could have been a very frustrating experience turn great by Stella (Estella??). Last week I had ordered scrub top, pants, and jacket in olive through another location to be picked up at the Gurnee store this weekend. I called to check on the status of my order since I hadn’t heard anything and it turned out there was a lot of confusion with the color, size and quantity of scrubs I needed. Stella (Estella??) was very sweet in figuring out what had happened with my order and making sure that everything was corrected, while also juggling ringing out a lot of customers. She was very apologetic and sweet about having to put me on hold so many times and was a pleasure to speak with. Great customer service :)

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I was a regular customer of this store,because it's basically the only scrub store around. I understand the exchange policy, however when you spend 25.00 on a product that does not make it through a 8hr day there's a problem. They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS THEY SELL! I brought the pants back with the receipt and the MARSHA, the manager of the store is nasty and rude. She saw the pants and how the drawstring, that is attached within the waistband had fallen out when I was tying them. She told me she could not take them back because she could not RESELL them! No concern for the customer that just threw away 25.00. MARSHA SHOULD MOT BE IN RETAIL! First, she's addressing me as Hun, then when I told her I will not return as a customer because they sell defective products,I asked her to just throw the pants away. Her response was a facial expression of disgust as she said to me,I'm not touching those,they're dirty and smell! Excuse me, but I have never been told that before. Their customer service is in the toilet, now that is dirty and smelly. NEVER AGAIN!

This place is literally a joke, won't let you just exchange for a smaller size because the tags are taken off. While you have the tags and receipt right in the bag, from literally two days ago. Waste of money for sure. Don't suggest anyone to go here. No wonder they have a no return policy, can't make any money if they did. Nothing fits what it says and is a giant rip off.
