Everyone on staff took the time to assist with us trying to figure out what we wanted and made sure we understood the product choices. Very kind, courteous and patient. Also, made sure we knew how to take care of our outdoor furniture since it was real wood.

John was extremely helpful. We came in with basically no hot tub knowledge, and he took the time to educate us and show us our options. He is very knowledgeable about different brands, features, and maintenance. He quoted us a price and I came back later that day to buy it!
