We came in to sign up for new service it was a fantastic experience. Deandre broke everything down where we could understand what we were getting. He made sure we were all taken care of. Plus I loved how he cared for my new Naval graduate son. You all were awesome. Thank you so much

This particular location has a tendency to hire the most incompetent associates. Maybe they don’t have much experience because they are so young in which case management should work on their training. I don’t know.But every two years I’ll stop by wanting to get a new phone, and every time it’s like jumping through hoops. If there is a tiniest thing out of the ordinary they get stuck and can’t do it and refer me to call T-Mobile myself to figure it out.In which case, I ask the T-Mobile corporation; why even bother having a physical store and paying these people to waste not only your time and money, but also the few brain cells they might have left?

WATCH OUT AND BEWARE. This location was forcing me to buy insurance for the phone and add other add ons like watches in order for me to get a device that they have in stock. I needed just the phone so I declined those additional add ons they then changed their response to “oh we don’t have that particular device in stock”.-Customer service and the store manager confirmed they do have it in stock minutes prior to me going to the store.-Shady tactics pulled here into forcing us to buy the add ons.

Been with T Mobile/sprint for a long time. I know when u go to a store it's going to take time. When I went in the lady Yanna was very helpful. She made it easy for me. So u know their is down time. Other customers waiting Yanna was very organized. I told her if she could help other's she could come back to me. Yanna is a wealth of knowledge she knows her job that's for sure. If you want a new phone I recommend her at this location in gurnee.

Customer service at this location is terrible. I actually had to make a complaint with corporate. A quick "hello, someone will be with you shortly" seems like a pretty standard line when dealing with customers. I, in no way was trying to be a "Karen", but that experience left me with the worst feeling. I ended up going to one of the stores at the mall instead, which was A1.

Terrible service at Tmobile store at 6557 Grand Ave. I went in and waited 15 minutes for someone to help me. There was no one waiting but me and my son, but they still walked around us and waited on other people that came in after we was there. They sold me a phone that I never asked for. They are the worst in customer service sales. I will never freaking go to them again. I want to cancel my service with them and warn you to go to a different cell service. They give you what they want to give you. I only looked at the S22 ultra and the S22 plus, but they bring out a black box and held onto it. Which I thought had the S22 plus in that my son asked for.After the transaction the girl that was helping us was being trained by someone. Well they didn't do a good job in training her because she brought out the wrong phone and never showed me the phone until after I paid for it. That's when she opened the box and I told her that the phone looked smaller than what I saw. She then goes back and brings out the guy that was training her and he says oh there is a restocking fee, if you want to return the phone and the S22 plus is out of stock here. Then he says that I could get it mailed to me. If I wanted to have it mailed I would have done that instead of going to that store. I asked him " why didn't he or she tell me that you all didn't have it in stock at first when i showed her what I wanted and Why in the world would I have to pay for a $70 restocking fee for her mistake in selling me the wrong phone and I never even left the store? " People Just stay stay away. This store is worthless and not worth the headache. Especially when it comes to them just selling you something you don't want so you'll have to pay a fee to return it. I'm returning my phone and getting my refund, plus I have to pay a stupid restocking fee. I'm canceling my service and going someplace else. I called customer service and asked for the manager and the person says oh the manager will say the same thing. Well why didn't they just put the manager on the phone ?

Terrible service in this location!! You know your going to have traffic with Tues promo. Put your items out!!
