Had to buy a dress last minute that was way too big for me. With only a week left for a wedding that I was a part of, they managed to do all the alterations at a fair price. The dress looked great! They are lifesavers and I will definitely be returning.Service: Alterations

Mimi and Yang are very friendly and prices on needs to be done like dry cleaning and alterations are reasonable.

She told me $7 for just hemming the bottom of my daughter's dress, but charged $78 at the time of payment. She added additional charges to the alternations when I have never paid more than $20 at any alternation business. I will not recommend this business to anyone!Service: Alterations

My family has been using this local family’s shop for as long as i can remember. Great communication on retrieving the order and a simple process getting what i needed done. Not open when hours are posted, also will not get your garments cleaned by time they state. Would avoid this place.

I’ve been going to South Ridge for almost 20 yeas now. They do a fantastic job and my cloths are always ready when promised. I move to Kenosha about 12 yeas ago and I still use South Ridge for all my dry cleaning needs.

This cleaner lost my wedding dress 5 years ago. They found it and recently called me. When I picked it up, they charged me $180.00 to get it back. Then they blamed me indicated I did not go through their store to look for it. Really? A good business owner would have apologized and waived the fees. Stay away if you like your belongings!
