Our Rep, Jimmy was professional, thorough and very easy going throughout his presentation. We have not received our Sleep Number yet but anticipate better sleep. I highly recommend Jimmy and the entire experience!

Looking for a bed that’s more high maintenance as a 12 year old girl who just farted in front of the class? Look no further! For THOUSANDS of dollars, you too could own a piece of furniture that’s less reliable than an Edsel with a Pinto fuel tank. Enjoy sleeping in a hole in the ground and having to struggle to get out of bed? These guys are for you! I bought a Sleep 6 with the adjustable frame and I gotta tell ya… WHAT A PIECE OF $HIT! I’ve hated this bed from the day I got it but gave it a chance. It has failed me at every turn. Between the two air mattresses is a pit, so you either roll out of bed or into the middle. Don’t worry though, for every problem you approach them with, a very expensive solution can be yours for a very high price.I never thought going to bed could be so stressful! I can’t rate zero stars but I would if I could.ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!

Interesting, Chris. Except that your representative didn't mention anything about a 100 day and lied about us returning the equipment. Perhaps better training or truth in advertising might be in line for your organization

They lied to us about the bed we wanted to purchase. Claimed they had it and then told ** it wasnt made in that size anywhere. Except we found it at temperpedic. Then want to charge ** $500 to take the bed we dont want away. After the manager told ** they would just take it back no charge. Lied! Lied! Lied!

Went in to get a sleep number adjustable bed with a split mattress, as displayed on the website. Showed the picture of the bed we wanted to the salesperson telling him we wanted a queen with a split mattress and explained we need one side to be raised and the other flat. He said no problem. Even talked us into buying sheets for the queen bed that won't pop off when one side is up and the other is down. The bed arrived and it is NOT the bed we ordered. We called to tell the manager the wrong bed arrived. He said they don't make the bed with an adjustable split mattress in a queen. WHAT??? Also, that we have to wait 30 days to return the bed and have to pay $500. AND he told us no one makes a split mattress queen bed... another lie... tempurpedic sells it. These people are untrustworthy and this company has HORRIBLE customer service!

The people in the store are great and I like the product. The delivery team does not communicate well. My delivery was cancelled and they did not give me notification of that. They also did not give me a method to reschedule so there will be some work to either find someone to schedule delivery or to get a refund. With the price of their product I would have hoped they had better communication.

Love my sleep number bed that we’ve had for 20 years. Was hoping to purchase a new pillow top but Select Comfort don’t offer to replace it. Purchasing a new Select Comfort is not an option for me, because all the new beds are Smart Beds. Very disappointed.

Customer service at this location was great. Cody & Mark both were really helpful and friendly to walk us through and test all the mattresses at this store & answer all of our questions. I have ordered i8 from this store, Cody's customer service was A++. I would definitely recommend you to stop by at this store, if you are interested in buying a sleep number mattress.
