From my initial meeting with Sarah Koroll, she was very professional. She made sure I was well informed about the home buying process and patiently answered all my questions. From the beginning and even after closing, she was always quick to answer my questions and gave me support and feedback when I needed it. Sarah is also very personable and very easy to talk to, which calmed this nervous newbie. I would highly recommend her to my family, friends, or anyone looking to buy/sell a home.

How much space do I have to recommend Sarah Koroll? Seriously, Sarah went SO FAR above and beyond what we needed from her, I don't have the words to properly endorse her. We had the death of one parent, the dementia diagnosis of another parent, an "unknown-to-the-rest-of-the-family" Chapter 13 filing, and so many other roadblocks that came up. Sarah helped us navigate so many intricate paths that were foreign to us. There were a million loose ends we had to tie up before this house could be put up for sale and Sarah was instrumental in advising us on how to proceed with each step. Again, I could not recommend Sarah more highly. She was fantastic to work with.

We couldn't have asked for a better agent for the purchase of our first home. Sarah expertly guided us through every step of the process and gave us advice for attending showings and making the most of our search. She understood our needs and provided an incredibly helpful extra set of eyes when looking at properties, often seeing things that we missed. Her communication and professionalism were outstanding - the seller's agent in our purchase remarked on how Sarah's expediency was one of the main reasons our offer was accepted. Sarah made herself available whenever we needed her and answered all our questions even after closing day. We would recommend her to family, friends, or anyone looking to sell/purchase a home. We will definitely work with her again!

This summer we decided to make our lake house dream come true and asked Sarah to guide us on the journey. We had no idea at that point what an adventure it would truly turn out to be. From the very beginning, Sarah was wonderful, professional, and thoughtful. We had an intro call where she talked us through the process and what we needed to be ready. She was flexible with our schedules and accommodating with our requests to see houses. Sarah was available to answer our many questions and provide insight into each step of the process. Her attention to detail and thoroughness are incredible and she inspired confidence in each step, especially when we needed guidance. We ended up facing a number of challenges in our search, from a home not passing inspection, to another that we needed to walk away from just days before close due to appraisal and permit issues. She and her whole team helped to make magic happen. Luckily, third time was the charm and we closed on an incredible home. It was all worth it in the end and I cannot recommend Sarah enough.

My husband's best friend refer us to Sarah. And she did not disappoint us. Working with Sarah was amazing! She was very patient! Our story took 2 years from start to finish but Sarah always showed concern and patient! During conversations, she listened and remembered special occasions. When we lost a love one she will send a card! She became a friend during this process. A friend with a wealth of knowledge especially for first-time homebuyers! She made the process easy and a breeze! Very responsive with phone calls, emails and text messages. First working with Sarah, we didn't understand how to buy a house. My fiancé and I were recommended to Sarah by Ken Dillenkoffer, and we couldn’t be more thankful. Sarah was, from the beginning, informative, a leader, insightful, personable, soft, smart, and an all around fabulous realtor. She knew exactly what she was doing the entire time.
