Very crowded for a Saturday, but I have scan and go app, so it's wonderful. Staff here was very helpful in answering all my crazy questions!

10 STARS IF I COULD
When we walked in around 5:15pm to go to the cafe the line was really long, so I ordered via app. Omg, Emily was very calmed and collected when people seemed kind of getting antsy. She acknowledged that I was there to pick up my food and gave me a heads up that it’ll take another 3 more min. I told her it was fine and that she was doing a great job and said good luck.
She was very thankful. I’m more than pleased with her and would definitely recommend!
Great hire manager. Emily definitely deserve a raise.

Very unclean store. Small and dirty restrooms. Customer service members impolite. Needed a physical membership card for elderly household member who doesn't use smart phone and they said they don't offer it anymore. Went to other store and no problem got it in no time. After years of being Sam's member I'm switching to Costco.

Curbside always takes forever. Café stops making food an hour or more before the cafe closed hours.

I went to the food court and order pizza for my family and I noticed the lady that was making the pizza was chewing gum and talkin!.... that it's just not appropriate for a person who's preparing food, in my opinion it was disgusting!.... also the cashier at the food court was treating the customer's with a Very Bad Attitude!.... Horrible service!

Sams club. I buy things here. In bulk. Simple. But tbh, I just like being there low-key lol. Oh and they left the remote out so I could watch YouTube so 10/10 location in Gurnee. It's a vibe.

Very competitive prices on tires …My fav is premade salads and pasta, why cooking.Disappointed about the cashiers , like 10 self checkout lines & 3-4 cashiers.The story of our current world.Overall good prices, not too crazy only during the weekends.
