I changed my all 4 tires 1and half year ago warranty about 4 years,one of my tire got flat spot and they don’t want to take care the lady she is a manager of tires department she said your problem is mechanical go to your mechanic my mechanic said is problem is bad tire when I go back to club before I explain she said no you don’t rotate every 60000 miles she just wants argue and fight,
I never recommend any buddy to go there please

Last year my wife went to balance tires, they were terribly shaking at highway speed, of course they were purchased and installed at sams club. Our car is a stick shift(manual transmission) and no one from the "technician staff" could drive the car and they damaged the emergency brake which I had to repair on my own costs.This year (2023) I noticed one of the tire has uneven worn, which results in very noisy ride. The damaged tire still has impressing 8/32" tread left. It happened I was in Kenosha,WI close to sams club and I stepped in and asked about the issue I've had. The associate person told me I should go to qualified shop to inspect my suspension and wheels alignment (which of course would cost me probably more then new set of tires). I asked him again what is the warranty on the tires and he asked me if sams club did the tires rotation regularly. My answer was no, mostly I did it by myself, he said: "the warranty is void than".If you think you gonna save money at sams club tire service, think twice. They sell low quality product, the employees are unprofessional and they cheat with the warranty and service.

So I asked for white lettering and I have two that are good and two that looked like they forgot to do half of them on the ones they missed. Also when I came in for my appointment they said that they couldn’t work on my truck because of swollen lug nuts. Which I understand but when I get home to change out the lug nuts one of them and one fall right off the truck and landed into my driveway before I could park.

First and last time buying tires here. They installed one of the tires different size and didn’t find out until I did tire rotation. Went to let them know but they don’t want to fix his mistake. Lady told me that in her inventory she didn’t have any missing tire with that size and they were supposed to call me back with resolution and so far no call. BE AWARE!!!

I recently went to Gurnee and I decided to buy some groceries and I ended up in this place. It is my first time at this location of Sam's Club and nothing is really different. The parking is wide and spacious. The store was so busy, but the cleanliness of the whole place was still maintained. I chose this place for my groceries, and the main reason is that they have a great selection of literally everything that I needed. They also have better prices. They have a wide and fresh selection of produce. There are a variety of options for snacks, and my favorites are available. I also went to the liquor section, where I found a wide selection of different liquors, and I could just choose anything I wanted. The 818 drink, which I think is kind of famous now, is also available, and I never tried it, which made me buy one. There are no worries when it comes to the stocks in this place because there are a lot of stocks, or more like unlimited stocks, for everything. I was about to go to the checkout when I felt famished, and the good thing is that there are foods available inside. I bought a hot dog and a brownie sundae, which were definitely delicious. There was a long line at the checkout, but it did not frustrate me a lot after eating some good food before proceeding in there.

I have called multiple times their tire department because they said my tires have arrived. I’ve been calling to make an appointment and no answer I keep being transferred to the department and still no answer. It’s an easy walk from customer service to there to see what’s going on but no they keep transferring me and now they don’t even pick up. It’s very frustrating! Now I have to travel from Chicago to Gurnee to just make an appointment And then go back again for that appointment.

Product is fire but the help is a zero. We bought a big fireplace here and the person at the front said that someone is going to help us put the fireplace in the car and the people that we're going to help us we're just staring at us and just left and didn't help at all and they just watched us do it ourself so I do like Sam's club but I hate the help
