Terrible selection of everything. Way too many Mexican/Hispanic workers and on Tues. 3/19 the person putting away clothes talking to another in her language thought I knocked something off the hanger and gave me a look. I walked out without buying anything. What's happened to Gurnee

The manager at this store is the worst person I have ever encountered. When I wanted to buy glasses and couldn't make a choice between YSL and Gucci, I found out that they didn't have a mirror. The small mirror they had was terrible quality and distorted the image. Asking the manager, David, for help in finding a solution with the mirror he informed me that don't have permission customers to leave the area the glasses are sold I asked for either mirror or permission to take few steps towards the mirror, or for store security guard to me, but my request was denied. It seems that the staff in this store are not helpful or customer-oriented. The store missed out on earning $175, and I left feeling very disappointed and upset. I will never come back there again.

Witness how the Male manager at 10:15 am refused to give a costumer the right price to a costumer for a jacket , the jacket came up to 69.99 and the cashier looked at him, he said no that’s not right, and turned to costumer and said 99.99. After the costumer left and it was my turned to pay, he was still making fun of the costumer said if”is a Nike” so unprofessional. I hope you are getting paid enough to act the way you did for an ugly jacket.

Anna the racist mangerAnna was very unprofessional and rude. I got racially profiled for an item she claimed i “stole”. Went to the store to try to return item and she claimed she never seen the item before and she was gonna have to see the cameras to see if i actually purchased it from there. Even though the tag was still in item and the receipt match the item i was trying to return. She claimed she know every item in the store and never seen the item i was looking to return. AGAIN THE RECEIPT MATCH THE ITEM but she thought i stole it so she needed to confirm with the cameras that i had purchased the item i was trying to return, Anna proceeds to have me wait in the front for 20+ mins while she “checks the cameras” to come back and tell me “your fine i’ll give your your return” overall this was a horrible experience for me and i will never be back! Me being a customer that’s shops there pretty often. They completely lost my business and i will tell others to not shop there as well.

We spent $1000 at this grand ave Gurnee location for home goods, but they didn’t give us our 3 bedsheets and still took the money for it. We tried going back to the location and tried to resolve this situation. However, the manager was not professional at all and didn’t cooperate. This situation was not solved.He thought we were laying for couple of ? $ .Manager was showing us bad attitude very rude…. Be aware when you go this location check every item before you leave !!!!We will complain regional Manager as well regarding this kind of situation!!!!
