The best around! Every experience at the salon has been a fantastic one. I brought my daughter to Pro Nails to get her nails done for the very first time and it’s now our special date to come back in and get pampered by their wonderful staff. Sam is an absolute delight, welcoming you in, helping you select the perfect color, checking in on your service, and making sure you’re 100% happy before you leave. Every nail tech we’ve had has been so lovely and we’re always thrilled with our nails. Most of all, the team at Pro Nails (especially Sam!) has created a beautifully curated space that’s clean, efficient, and relaxing. 10/10 will keep coming back for many years to come!

I have been coming here for years, so a review is far overdue. I always book ahead online with Vandy, the booking process is seamless and the service is always on time. The friendliest people work here, they remember all the customers and I have never had a bad experience. Vandy's work is immaculate, I have never walked out wishing my nails were different or unhappy, hes friendly, and very skilled. Thank you to the Pro Nails team!

I have been to this location twice, and I am very happy to say I think I've found my new local nail salon. I usually get dip manicures, but have had 2 no chips, because I really wanted my cuticles cleaned up. Both times I have been in I have been greeted enthusiastically. They have a wide variety of colors for any service. Today I saw Irene, and her attention to detail is fantastic. The gal at the front desk did let me know Irene is deaf, but that she would be able to translate if I needed anything. Fortunately, I know enough ASL to spell, say please, thank you, yes, no, sorry, and beautiful. And honestly, I was really happy to not have to try to awkwardly make conversation, with 3 small kids at home I was happy to just sit quietly and enjoy my service. I am rebooked with Irene in another 3 weeks, could not be happier.

I haven’t been here in years, so my review is based on my previous and current experience. Note: I did not request anyone in particular, and I scheduled a few hours before my appointment. Also, front desk, owner, and my tech were all super sweet! It’s nice ambiance, my complaint is with the service in itself. I cannot believe I paid $60 for this, and the entire time it was not pleasant feelings borderline painful. This is a dip set. They still take off the previous dip with aluminum/acetone, drill, and repeat. I find the bowl soak method is way less harsh and painless? Because let me tell you, this hurt like a mf! My tech, who I will not name, tried to PEEL a couple parts of my stubborn dip off. Was extremely aggressive and abrasive with the drill the entire time, and my nails are still store. She told me not to pick a certain brand, so I chose an OPI, and somehow got stuck with a similar color of the brand I was advised against picking. 3 dips in, SUPER thick. Nails do not match in length. Again, nail tech was super sweet, but I do not agree with this quality at all. Especially for $60! Last time. I went a few years ago I was using gel, and it was poor application again with a different tech. I will not be back , but wish them well!!

Service was amazing! From the moment you walk in the service was great. Booked a mani-pedi for both my daughter and I for our Mommy & Me day and she was thrilled with the service. It was her first time having a pedicure and she was well taken care of. Highly recommend this place! ☺️
