I had a horrible experience at this location. I was trying to do a return from a purchase I made in July. When I made the purchase the return policy didn’t limit in how many days you did the return. I had done a few returns before so I was aware of the policy because of that as well. I went in during September trying to do the return and apparently, their policy had changed a couple days before I tried to do my return. They got a manager to try and helpme and she would not honor what was on the back of my receipt which was their older return policy. I did not even care about getting my money back, I would have taken a store credit because I shop here very frequently. I then proceeded to go to the pleasant prairie outlets location and they did my return with no problem at all. I was very unhappy with my experience here and I do not plan to shop here again.

Found some good finds for my kids. Customer service was horrible. no one spoke to us when we entered the store. Several workers standing at tables folding shirts and not 1 acknowledgement. Usually I don't spend money in places that don't acknowledge you but this day I dealt with it. Probably will never return. Customer service is everything!

I have had horrible customer service at this store each time I have visited it. During the 1st visit there was an error in the amount total that I pointed out and instead of the checkout clerk apologizing to me started talking to the other clerk between themselves making fun of me and my family. The second time around the clerk said the coupons were already redeemed I explained to the clerk that I had just received the coupon this morning and have not used it but the answer I got is "it shows that the coupon has been redeemed what do you want me to do". We provided the clerk with a different coupon from my wife's email account and he said that was used as well. We knew then that was a lie and he was just giving us a hard time. we miss the old customer service from Ralph Laure; most of the customer support staff in the Gurnee store are kids who don't care and have no manners how to talk to customers. I absolutely love Ralph Lauren product; they are surefire mark of quality but the customer service experience is horribl.

Love this spot. First time in I never had 3 associates standing around no acknowledgement! Then get to the counter and they ask who helped you. ? insert laughter! I paid for my items and laughed to the car. I guess they need a raise how about ladies! 5 stars are for the clothes not the service!

Excellent staff! Immediately greeted and asked if I needed any help. When I went to pay, the cashier reminded me to use the coupon code I had in a email (without her, I would have forgot).

Factory store pricing doesn't exist here. There used to be a time I could get a great deal here. Since COVID the pricing has increased selection has decrease and ability to find items has become impossible. I can go to Macys down the hall and get a better deal than this store. Even with the coupon codes I get texted to me regularly. If this continues this store won't be around long.
