Unfortunately my first experience and my second were so vastly different I don’t think I’ll be back. My first encounter was with Zach and he was AMAZING. I called and because I was from out of state he held a Pandora charm for me so I could get there to purchase it. He was extremely helpful and while I purchased more than what I intended he was never pushy, just helpful. Yesterday we again drove in from out of state (as a Mother’s Day request from me) to purchase more charms. The woman, whose name I wasn’t given, was irritated and visibly annoyed with me because I wasn’t being quick with my selections. Her attitude changed when she noticed I had four full pandora bracelets. I did purchase the two charms I came in for (they aren’t available even on the Pandora site) but I seriously doubt I’ll be back. I have two Pandora stores within 30 minutes of me but really wanted to give an independent business my sales rather than a national chain. I don’t need to drive 2 hours to be treated as an inconvenience.

They need to put on their door no return policy because I bought two items from them. No one ever told me that I was not able to return them nothings on the door they put it on the receipt after you purchased it that should be illegal.

I have already bought multiple items from this location and each one SO beautiful. Blanca has treated each one with the care and attention they each needed. She has worked hard to ensure each item is ordered and prepared as they should be. Always see Blanca for help, she will take good care of you. I am currently waiting on one item to arrive and she has given me many follow ups on the status, I have really appreciated this so much! The staff is also really friendly and very helpful. Great location to shop for jewelry.

Incident 1Got my promise ring from here and after it was purchased they offer free cleanings. Took the opportunity and went every 1-2 months to get it cleaned. After the 2-3 time I went the same lady’s were bothered and said I could just clean it with water and soap at home. ? then why y’all offer free cleanings if y’all gonna be annoyed doing it. ($150)Incident 2My boyfriend first time buying a watch. Tall African man amazing sales person! (Forgot his name) sold us right away. Amazing customer service. Bought the watch and was getting it measured (My boyfriend has never wore a watch). Took couple tries to figure out what fit. The guys boss was there and boss seemed bothered b/c we didn’t know what was a good fit. Sales guy apologized that he couldn’t change it again also we can feel the boss energy so we knew and left it like that. ($400)

These people are extremely rude! They will rush you into a sale. Not to mention they sold me a USED RING when i ordered a new silver ring!! They test fitted a ring that looked completely different and brand new. I waited three days for them to make mine. Full of scratches upon delivery, pitting on the inside. Swirl marks and scratches everywhere. First day!! They didnt even bother to try to hide the scratches by polishing it. They wont give you a refund! So disappointing. Dont buy anything from these people. SCAM!

When I was shopping for engagement rings, this was the worst if places I looked at. The people were rude and very pushy with their sales tactics and virtually no return policy. Buyer beware, I wouldn't trust these people with any kind of fine jewelry, personally.

I purchased a necklace 02/11/23. I tried to return it on 02/14/23. They refused to take the return. Which the return policy wasn't clear when purchased. First of all they quoted the necklace as a $6k necklace which was a fraudulent price. I had it appraised at $2k. I put in a dispute with the Z Fine Jewelry Credit Card. The receipt the jewelry store sent in to the credit card company had my name forged on it! My original receipt was not sighed!They are determined to make me keep a necklace I don't want!! A consumer should NEVER have to keep any bad purchase on a credit card!! My signature was forged by them! I do have a police report in about the forgery. I sent the proof in to the credit card company. They still sided with the store. I was leery of the purchase, and was pressured into it. These people are shady, don't trust them! I have tried the nice way of doin this now I am MAD. I have my third dispute in with their credit card company! I will never give up! Find another store.

Okay so I was I hesitant to pursue this jeweler based on prior reviews left by customers but I was reluctant to find myself taken care of by this business. Blanca and Barb have gone over and beyond since the first minute I walked into their location. I was seeking engagement ring options and they devoted hours to me to show me their full selection. Of course like any sales post option, they were encouraging me to make a decision before leaving but we're completely considerate when I told them I'd have to think about the decision before committing. Between their respectable service, and the beautiful diamonds, sold for an exceptional price I may add, I circled around and bought a ring from them. They even held the ring on hold while I considered it! Please give these guys a chance, if you show these individuals respect, you will get it back and have a wonderful buying experience! My husband and I went to get a watch fixed, my husband asked if that could be possible to an old lady that was there, she then informed us they only do fixing on Saturdays with an attitude and she later said she couldn't help us. Do not shop from here! Customer service is the best worst.
