HORRIBLE PLACE!! HORRIBLE STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I haven’t been able to make an appointment for 2 months because the 2 doctors Ive been in contact with as well as customer service have said that my case is not severe and that if it is i should instead go to the hospital, they won’t even see me for a checkup appointment, I think it’s very wrong they are denying me good health. I’ve never felt so dehumanized before. This is very sad.

Why can't the lab keep to its posted hours of operations? They seem to close on a whim. Also, update the North Shore website to reflect the "breaks" this lab now takes daily.

Did blood tests, it was fast and did not hurt. Only problem is how rude everyone was. On the phone and in person. Also did not get my temperature taken which I thought was odd due to Covid.

This is by far the wrost northshore office in the northwest suburbs. The lady at front desk on 3rd floor who checks temperature is very rude and thinks she is running the hospital and she writes all the rules. Not sure if she really is a nurse.

No social distancing, and the ultrasound tech is kinda rough and rushed with my ultrasound. Took her not even 5 min to complete my exam. Horrible service

Be prepared for lines now days.. I wasn’t put it in perspective this coronavirus that almost all of the NorthShoreConnect connects are only for corona virus patients and this is the only lab open. Very sweet girls in the inside but outside In the Lobby and hallway area, not so much.I use a cane I had to stand in line and you would think that they would’ve offered me a seat??? I stood I. Pain for aver a half hour When I walked into the lobby where I could sit finally, there were 50 seats wide open..

I agree with Cynthia Montoya (a year ago) and Vania Campos (a year ago) the doctors and physician assistants are great, very knowledgeable but the client/customer service is awful. Although it is pointless to make an appointment, even with an appointment, it takes over 30 mins past your scheduled time to be seen and if you’re a walk-in customer the wait is two times as worse. Today I arrived at 1245pm, registered for the walk-in clinic at the number #2 slot and still wasn’t seen until 145pm. This type of poor quality healthcare makes you think well, what is the point of making an appointment if they don’t take care of you at the time you’re supposed to be taken care of or even worse why come to the doctor when you’re sick because you aren’t going to get the proper care anyways. You schedule a time for a reason. Yet, you end up being the last one.

Dr Buccellato, Dr Lee, Dr Soo and RN Caroline are some of the kindest and most understanding people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They are always prompt when responding to my millions of emails and they never make me feel d*** for any question I ask. Caroline RN in particular has been a shoulder to lean on during scary times while I was pregnant and even after. She goes above and beyond her job description to make me feel safe, understood and welcome. She is a genuinely good person and truly a fantastic addition to the team. I really cannot speak highly enough of her. She has enriched my life and I'm sure she doesn't even know it! I am happy to be under the care of the NorthShore Medical Group.

Stay away from pediatrics!!!! Worst place ever! Careless mistakes in the office from the Doctor AND the nurses!!! What gives, aren’t I supposed to trust you? We got paperwork that didn’t belong to us (HIPAA violation?) then discharge paperwork is wrong too. Worst part is the dr tried to brush it off like it wasn’t her fault and even goes on to blame the nurses. Talk about team effort out the door. I pray people are looking through the papers here and aren’t trusting everything they are told. Question if you have doubts people. They are not always right. Sad to say how many other people they have made mistakes with at this place. Going else where

Primary physician Dr.Singh is awesome, only thing is it takes awhile to be seen even with appointment. Then the laboratory services for blood draw are kind of serious no smiling or anything. Makes me anxious of getting my blood drawn. Maybe smiling a little more would make it a better place?

It is convenient to make an appointment via a phone or a website. The staffs and doctors are helpful. People at Lab service are excellent! I am so glad this facility is near my house.
