The store is a hot mess. It use to be brightly lit was some extremely nice finds. Now it looks nasty and unkept. Nothing like it use to be years ago. I felt like I walked into Mexican Fiesta

Make sure you keep on eye on what you paid for, twice in a week the cashier didn't hand over all the bags after we paid for our items, we didn't realize until we got home that we were shorted. They even have a special place for items that were left behind. When we went back to get the items and told them what they were, they demanded a receipt, (of course) which we didn't have and so I says to the lady, look no one is coming in here and trying to finesse a picnic basket, obviously we paid for it because it was hidden in a bag inside the box of left behind items. Can't find receipt and now we are without our picnic basket. Long story short yes we forgot the receipt but we knew we didn't get our item and knew it was hidden in the box, spoiler I'm not psychic and it wasn't a random guess that there was a picnic basket in the box. We obviously paid for our item and they won't cough it up. Just a bad experience all around. We'll shop elsewhere from now on. Multi-billion dollar company splitting hairs over a picnic basket ....nah I'm good.

Customer service is horrible. If you are the manager and hate your job you should probably just do everyone a favor and put in your notice. The manager at this store should not be working in the industry.

This place has a good selection, but it is really overwhelming and unorganized. We went on a Saturday but there were no carts anywhere to be found.
Also was hard to find a person that worked there to help, and while there is a larger selection at the combined store it was really congested. It just seemed like there was a lot of unorganization and disarray. Now this could be because we went on a Saturday, but Ive been to a lot of stand alone Home Goods and it didnt feel the same.

LISA IS THE WORST General Manger This Company Can Ever Hire. I will never ever be shopping here again. Had the worst encounter with her today and the way she treats her employees here us beyond me. wonder who’s the Regional manger because she needs to be gone!!!!

Prices were average, thought this place was for affordable over stock or something, but this time sound I went, they were practically the same as any other regular store, pretty disappointing.
