Every time I try to give the Deli dept another chance, it always fails. I have purchased ham and by the second day it’s spoiling. I went in today and ordered chicken breast slices at the Deli dept and I noticed the color of the chicken was looking very weird. Had some very white patches. I opened the bag in the store and smelled it. If you gag when you smell chicken, then something is not right with it. ?

The Grill is out of order for the last 2 months. It does not take that long to fix a grill, do better.

I've been shopping at this Marianos for years and thought it was a respectful establishment, until I noticed that a particular woman that works customer service dresses like she is about to jump on a stripper pole. I find it highly inappropriate that I have to see a woman who is about to fall out of her shirt while I hear her being rude and ignorant to customers. Have some self respect for crying out loud!!! Do better Marianos.

Do not order flowers from this location. Order a custom floral arrangement & when I arrived the order was not to be found then I am told they don’t take custom floral arrangements. Asked to speak to the store manager which he refused to come talk to me instead told there employee for me to pick whatever I wanted. The employee Gina was the nicest & patient the others not so much especially the girl working the flower counter at 8am this morning. Will be calling customer service to voice my displeasure with this location on one of the busiest days of the year they dropped the ball

Had a great experience here. Love the floral department and Karen. She was so helpful. Kel at the self checkout was so pleasant and charismatic. She was genuinely happy and willing to assist. Her attitude is infectious.

Been shopping here for years, getting extremely disappointed lately. Selection just keeps getting worse and worse, and a recent rearrangement has left the store a dingy mess. The bakery and deli are still good, but that's not enough to save it.

I love shopping at this location. The store manager Matt Presetti helped me place an order for an event. And Antwuan helped me find some items, after they have recently moved some things around. I've been a regular shopper for the past 5 yrs.

Minha has provided Excellent customer service every time I visit. She always takes her time with my Vero Cafe orders, which I appreciate as my latte is always prepared to perfection.
