Kim did my nails and took her time with the entire process. However when it came to my pedicure it was assigned to the older gentleman. I told him I am allergic to latex However he proceeds to try and do my pedicure. I raise my voice telling him no. The younger gentleman informed my they only have LATEX GLOVES. I keep a several sets of nonlatex gloves in the car so I went to retrieve them. Upon my return everyone is reluctant to do my feet. I had to remove my own nail polish and the older gentleman returns to me without handwashing amd this time with the latex finger glove. (Like really dude?) He had a whole attitude.
This was my first visit and most likely my last. In the end the young man ends up doing my pedicure and informs me that in the past they charge extra for nonlatex gloves. I have always been a strong supporter of quality over quantity. I feel like this was going in a different direction.

I wish I could put 0 stars. What a rip off place. I went to get a simple filling on my nails and the girl says it will be $44 just completely made up the price in her head after sitting down to start on my nails. The pricing says $25 on their charts. I told her that and she said that she has to repaint the nails LOL. This is ridiculous when for a fresh set 2 weeks ago I paid $55. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. These people are not fair to their customers.

Amazing and I love it here.
There is another nail salon here near bass pro shop and they jacked up my nails. Coming here I was nervous but the way they pay attention to the details on my nails made me want to come more often. I made sure to tip them well for the amazing job even though they aren't too fancy.

So I had been coming to Lee Nails and they always do a good job - However the last time I was there. I said something about their pricing that I didn’t agreee and said I will no longer come back . I realized the price was accurate- so I came back today. The guy told me to sign in then had me wait for 30 minutes. After he finished working on his customer, he said he won’t do my nail because he remembered me saying I will never come back. Sure I was wrong but for him to had me wait for 30 minutes only to refuse service and lecture me was inappropriate. This guy is weird, a looser and who needs him? There’s plenty of other places to go, with better customer service. Shame on him!

If I could give no stars I would. Very rude and unprofessional. When I asked her to fix my nail that she messed up on, She blatantly ignored me and basically refused to fix it. 0/10 recommendation. DO NOT GO HERE

If you are looking to be pampered and have great customer service this is not the place for you. If you want a no frill mani/pedi I highly recommend. Yes there is a dog but in my visits it never leaves from the back and never makes a sound. My nails always look nice and last for weeks. The people here are not big on conversation "How may I help you" "Pick your color" that's it!!! I still enjoy my experience and I love my nails every time. I went a month ago and there was a dog in the salon. At the end of the night they allowed it to jump on the chairs where people sit to get pedicures. A couple times when the lady was doing my nails the dog would get close to my hands while she was working on them. They never took it away just left it on the chair at the station next to me. I WENT BACK a month later, why? Because I wanted to give them another try…WAS SO WRONG!!!! They had the biggest fruit flies I’ve ever seen. They were landing on my legs my feet my hands flying all around me. The older lady at one point even killed one on the bowl my hands were soaking in and just left it in there with my hands till I said something!! She was never apologetic about them. This place is over downed with things. She cut me and didn’t seem to care just said it’s fine.

Me and my friend went to this nail salon over the summer expecting good results. The nail salon was very dirty and unprofessional. They completely messed up my friends nails up. As I was leaving the salon there was gel nail polish all over my fingers and it was just very messy. We also left the salon feeling like we wasted so much money because the work was bad. And they also claimed that there was a discount for us and didn’t give it to us and charged us more than average.Service: Acrylic nails

Awful! Paid $70 for a paper thin full set… One snapped and destroyed my finger and the tips of two others snapped as they were poor stiletto shaped. To fix 2 broken nails from shabby work done 3 days prior they wanted to charge $50 it was obvious the nails were new. So I just paid the $15 to remove the new set. I won’t be returning. And they take so long to do Mediocre work…Services: Pedicures
