I like The Launch, BUT...3 the reasons I "LOVE" The Launch is because of the way 3 of your employees Destinee, Essence, and Marcus treats my Autistic 12 year old Godson! They treat him with the utmost KINDNESS AND RESPECT, you could ever imagine. They never talk AT HIM, they talk TO HIM!! That means so much to me. I am 72 years old, and they treat me, an elderly woman, with the exact same KINDNESS AND RESPECT!! I have sent a lot of my friends to The Launch in Gurnee, Il and it truly because of those 3 employees. To the Launch owners, you did an awesome job when you hired these 3 individuals! They make you look good, as they are the FACE of your company!!I also love how they go to areas of play to check on how LeRoy is doing!!If they are not, they should be head managers, so they can instill their values and work ethics in new employees. They set the example by which you should want ALL OF YOUR EMPLOYEES TO BE TOWARDS US, YOUR CUSTOMERS.I LOVE THE 3 OF THEM SO VERY MUCH!To Essence, Destined, and Marcus great job guys!Julia Witherspoon

Extremely over priced for the unorganized and chaotic party we received for my daughters 9th birthday. The kids had fun but I wouldn't recommend for a birthday party. I would go back to hang out but I wouldn't pay that price for what we received. I still tipped my party host although I'm not sure it was well deserved.

I took my grandsons here on a Thursday evening and there weren't many individuals there. Which was nice...my grandsons both enjoyed their time here.I must admit, even though you can purchase a package per child, it can be costly. My grandson wanted to experience the virtual reality and it was roughly 6-8 mins long and you only get ONE experience. The package included jumping, $40.00 games, virtual reality, 1 personal cheese or pepperoni pizza, a drink. The shake was extra if you chose not to get a drink, you might as well get it. You paid for it.You don't have to get a package, however it's a better deal. The cashier mentioned that Fridays are better...more of unlimited choices. I would think that would be offered during days where it's less busy. They mixed up what I ordered for the shakes. I told the young man and he fixed the correct one that was requested. Instead of going off of the ticket purchase receipt, he listened to my grandsons talking and went ahead based on what they were talking about.Do you know he wanted the drink back (we didn't drink out of)…but still where do they do this at? He says that we can give it to an employee at the end of night. I said, are you serious? Yes, he was serious!I would take the boys back here. They enjoyed it and hey, it's not their money...so they couldn't care less of what someone has to pay!!LOL, Happy Birthday to my grandsons (Soul Twins - 2 years apart) Oct. 23 & 24 ~ Love You Both!

They have a trampoline and ninja Warrior section. Very fun but expect some bruises and a workout when you come. They also have a small arcade. Which will hopefully get better and more games in time and a bowling ally. Did not try the food. I asked how much a scoop of icecream was... $7. Wait till you leave and go to Dairy Queen down the street instead.

The upgrades to the venue are great, but the cleanliness and customer service is subpar. There are not enough servers behind the food counter or at the bar. There seems to always be a lengthy line and the areas behind the counter are messy with product all over the place. There was no one to maintain the dining area, so there was garbage all over the tables and on the floor alongside the tables being dirty with food and drink. Lastly, the women’s restroom was dirty as well. Floors look like they haven’t been mopped, stalls were dirty and no paper towels available for use. Again, the park is a fun option for kids, but extremely disappointed in the service and upkeep of the facility.

We went here on what was supposed to be a trip to Great America day but ended up raining. Got there when it opened and just missed on massive amount of camp kids who had to change their outdoor plans too. I was so impressed. The staff was positive and friendly. The place absorbed the massive number of kids with no problem. So many things to do. And the pizza was REALLY good! It was the perfect way to kill s few hours for the rain to pass before heading Six Flags. Plus the food was much more reasonably priced then Six Flags. Overall I was very impressed!

My kids had a really fun time here. We chose the super charged option for the kids n got the meal, 2 hours of jump, arcade, bowling and VR. We didn’t get a chance to do the VR but everything else was really fun.1 downside was the bar was closed that Friday

Kids enjoyed themselves. Age was 10-16. Nice, clean location. Typical trampoline warehouse.Food and drink was overpriced and ridiculous for the quality and quantity. Staff was friendly and nice but was poorly trained.

Not worth the 30$ that we paid when we went for the ignite night. We thought there would be music and blacklights. They only turn them on for 10 min every hour. They do did the whole place and it looks nice. But there was not much there anymore. Since they have a bar and bowlingThey had to take out a bunch of thingsThey have the trampolines and a ninja course that was too hard for most adults. And that's about itI had more fun when it was the old setup.

Just so it’s clear to everyone. The child who was injured was injured at Launch in GRAND RAPIDS. Before you go ruining the reputation of a different location in a completely different state… read which location you are leaving a review for.

Kids had a great time. It was the school week, and we showed up right when they opened for business, so we had the place to ourselves. While the kids were jumping and running around, the wife and I were bowling and enjoying ourselves as well.

The gurnee location didnt have the jump over carousel. The place was not all that big. There was no one in the front to help explain to customers what they had to do. We had a birthday party here over the weekend and paid well over $600 in total for 3 pizzas, 10 jumpers, and a party room for 45mins. They want you to come in 10 min early to "decorate" your room that your not allowed to go in until the last 45 mins of your party. Im almost positive they double booked us and didnt say a word about it. If they had told me that then i wouldnt of invited so many people. Considering some of them were disabled and cant stand. The party rooms are all connected together but separated by 3/4 wall dividers so people can hear everything at all times. There was no pa system to tell party goers when things were happening. The arcade is i joke i literally counted 20 games and thats ALL of them. The VR experience is 20 credits to play. Your "helper" is impossible to reach and tends to just walk away unnoticed. The whole place is severely poorly managed. Dont throw a party here its not worth it.

exTREMEly unsafe. Broken nets and they’re very negligent about them. Very dirty and employees need more or new training because they’re somewhat nice but have no clue what to do in safety and cleaning and the lack of staff is honestly alarming. Don’t go here! Im sure you can find a much better and much safer trampoline park.
