Bought the most comfortable recliners that we've ever seen. Expensive, but worth every penny hopefully. We'll see in ten years. Angel Montero at the Gurnee store was very helpful, very patient. My only complaint is the LONG LONG delivery time. We have to wait 10 weeks for the furniture to be delivered. That almost ruined it.

Recently I purchased the Colby duo reclining chair for reading in my Primary bedroom. It is extremely comfortable and once I sit down and recline I definitely don't want to get back up! I also purchased the Meyer sofa and chair and two Leo ottomans for our bonus/TV room. All are in a gorgeous dark blue fabric. We love it all and the delivery folks were terrific. While in the store I worked with Charles Cupp to choose the best options. He was great. I highly recommend Lazy Boy!

The shop had excellent service, Andy the clerk there was very nice & had helpful insight of what I was looking for. While searching for a new chair, he helped me & my grandparents with everything from options in clearance & not to different options of a chair being automatic or manual. It was a good experience & Andy would be most helpful for those looking for new furniture.

We walked in a sunday morning and were a bit apprehensive about walking into a furniture store with salesman. We were just browsing and didn't want to feel the pressure to make a purchase, but we did not feel that way at all while there. Angel introduced himself, let us know about all sales and promotions and gave us time to browse. As we walked around if we had questions, he was very helpful in answering them, but we never felt pushed to buy something. As we continued to browse we found 2 rugs which we absolutely loved, and after noticing Angel came over and walked us through both quality and color of the rugs to help us understand what we were looking at as they were still wrapped. Throughout the process him and the store manager were exceptionally helpful, never made us feel pushed to buy something, and yet were very informative and we ended up making a few great purchases. Great experience!
