I knew pretty much what I wanted when I walked in the store. I had selected a couple models from the website. I just wanted to sit in them to decide. I am glad I went in to the store. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and knew where a sample of each model I wanted to see. She also made sure I had the remote for my chair. If I hadn't gone in to see her I would have been stuck with buttons. Her name is Beck. She was very helpful.

My wife and i have been purchasing furniture at this location for many years, always with good experiences. This recent purchase was no different. Connor was a very helpful salesman, and was courteous and diligent. A pleasant experience. We can’t wait for our new recliner to arrive. I paid $799 for an (on sale) lazy boy Hawthorn leather recliner model. Imagine my surprise when I saw the exact same chair at other stores for $499. You can shop at this store. Just Find the chair you want, then search for it on the internet. I feel so ripped off.
Stay away from the Hawthorne chair as it turned out to be a Big disappointment. Very cheap and uncomfortable. It feels like you’re sitting on cardboard. seriously you could feel the cardboard in the chair.
