This pharmacy sucked. Pharmacy manager Bibiana Aulenta is an incredibly rude sarcastic woman. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Go to Lake Bluff Target CVS instead.

I waited at Osco for my pre-cruise COVID antigen test results for travel. It's been an hour since I arrived and I am the only one. The floor of the little \\\"clinic\\\" room was littered with debris from an overflowing garbage can. I had made an appointment online 2 days ago, when I arrived I was told that they don't do COVID tests, I had to show my confirmation email to them before they looked for me in the system. After another 30 minute wait, I was told that the test was defective and could not be repeated because all their test kits were expired. An hour and a half wasted, what a joke.

Didn’t notify me of a prescription insurance issue and cancelled it when the self pay was $20. Ridiculous. Didn’t notify me when I picked up the prescription. Made many excuses

We love this jewel osco stores for all our shopping needs. Jewel has been the best store in our area since I was a child. Others have come and gone like Dominic's supermarkets they were here for years also but always at a higher price point just like what is out there now for good food stick with jewel for cheaper food go to walmart for more expensive go to whole foods or get really good go to a Butcher shop for even a better price try lake Geneva country meats

Everytime I shop (about once a week), they’ve have either discontinued selling what I’ve purchased for years or are just out of stock. Cream cheese….really? Two weeks in a row with empty shelves when everywhere else has in stock and the shelves are filled. Will be shopping elsewhere. Dislike going to two different supermarkets to get what I need. Will find somewhere that has EVERYTHING.

Orders prescriptions for delivery due to personal reasons. Said 2-3 business days. It’s day 5 and still haven’t received them. Not only that but I tried calling multiple times and getting ahold of anyone is literally impossible.

The pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone. You can’t get a hold of anyone to check the status of a prescription. They need to try harder here

I went here for my first dose of covid vaccine (Pfizer) that I had scheduled online and filled out all the forms/medical questions online. It was very simple, it gives you all the info on each vaccine that you can print out just to have. I told them I was there for a schedule covid vaccine, I sat and waited about 30 mins and then someone came out to give me the shot. They ask that you stick around(in the store) for 10-15 mins after the vaccine. Its been about 2 weeks since my first dose and I feel fine, haven't had any side effects so far. Only thing is my arm was sore for the first 2 days. Staff was very polite and answered all the questions I had concerning the vaccine.

The store layout is one of the worst I've ever shopped anywhere. On my last trip, I spent over 15 minutes searching for eggs. They had moved that section to the front of the store in a middle aisle !! Who does that ? Aisle information hard to read.This is a new Jewel to me as I had just moved to the location. No excuse for this large store's poor, confusing layout.Exception is the pharmacy located properly with a friendly staff.Will probably drive out of my way to a more familiar store (company).Three stars are generous.

We shopped at Gurnee Jewel tonight and were very impressed with the control on number of customers allowed in, the employee attending the carts- asking if we needed a large or small cart and then proceeding to clean the cart before giving it to us. All employees wore masks. The floor was marked at 6 ft intervals for those in line. As we were leaving we noticed that 7-8 carts were lined up in the front prepared with all the supplies the employees needed to monitor the door and hand out carts. Thank you Gurnee Jewel! We’ve seen so many stores not prepared at all. They all need to follow your lead.

I went into the Gurnee Jewel store today, 3/14/20, after work and was so pleased and impressed by their selection of foods and cleaning supplies despite the current frenzy!! The store manager was out there leading his team and stocking supplies and shelves along with his crew so I felt the need to thank him for making sure his customers were well taken care of and their needs. This store, this location, never disappoints!
